Fantastic place to stay in London
Pros:

Fantastic location in London! With great bars and coffee shops in the area. Just a short walking distance from Soho, Oxford street and Camden. Area so safe and quiet all day and night. Super clean premises with easy to follow instructions on how to enter and get your keys 😊

Cons:

To be honest, there was nothing we did not like!

Air con either on or off thermostatic control faulty. No sofa. Bit of a climb up three flights. Bed was creaky.

There wasn't enough toilet paper so we asked the staff to bring some, they said they would take care of it but after all we didn't get any so we had to buy it for ourselves.

Nice but not for more than 2 nights

Lokalita je v dochozí vzdálenosti od Oxford Street, to je super. Ve vedlejší ulici (směrem od centra) je ale stanový tábor bezdomovců. Nevnímala jsem ale, že by to bylo v okolí nějak nebezpečné, tím směrem jsme prostě nechodili.
Pokoj je krásně vybavený, check in byl v pořádku, instrukce jasné.

Cons:

Pokoje jsou sice krásně vybavené, ale chybí např. lednička. Také zde nechodí úklidová služba - počítejte tedy s tím, že uvítací balíček s kávou a čajem vám musí vydržet na celý pobyt - stejně tak ručníky. Ke konci už jsme měli skoro celý pokoj plný odpadků, i když jsme se snažili průběžně odnášet do veřejných košů. Za tu cenu mě to zklamalo.

La stanza era in ottime condizioni, arredata con gusto.sebbene di piccole dimensioni . La posizione è eccellente, ben servita dai mezzi e comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Anche l’assistenza clienti da remoto è stata ottima: sempre disponibile, cortese ed efficiente.

Cons:

Non ho apprezzato molto il self check-in né il fatto che non ci sia una reception. Inoltre, la mia stanza era ricavata in un sottoscala ed era molto piccola. La pulizia delle camere non viene effettuata quotidianamente, ma solo su richiesta. Per essere un hotel a 4 stelle, ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo non sia adeguato.

Premium Price, Disappointing Experience

A lovely location close to all amenities

Cons:

This is not really a hotel, but rather an Airbnb-style accommodation. There is no reception desk; access to the building requires several entry codes, and the room key is collected from a lockbox. There is no reception staff, concierge service, or room service available.
The room was quite small, and the facilities were of average quality at best: unstable bathroom fittings, Ikea-style furniture, a faulty shower door, and other signs of poor maintenance.
We stayed for 2 nights in a basement room with only a light well above the bed. This could have been acceptable if the blind had been working properly.
In addition, the room was particularly noisy, most likely due to vibrations from ventilation or air-conditioning units located in the inner courtyard directly above the room.
Considering the price of nearly £300 per night, we had expected a significantly higher standard of comfort, maintenance, and service.

Wir hatten um eine zweite Bettdecke gebeten, da es nur eine Bettdecke gab. Das Personal war total freundlich und hat uns zum nächsten Tag eine Bettdecke vor die Tür gestellt.
