BEWARE. The fire alarm had faulty wiring and kept going off, as it’s a contactless check in with no staff there was nothing we could do and no emergency number to contact anyone (there was one number we found but it didn’t even ring and no one answered) - shows how much they care about their guests! The fire brigade had to show up twice in one night - what a waste of public resources! I slept only a couple of hours that night and missed some important stuff at work the next morning. I’ve tried to resolve this with them but Customer service was unsympathetic and offered me £20 compensation…. What an insult! I was standing on the streets of London in my pyjamas at 2am and 4am because of them and they offer me £20. No where to keep your luggage either. You’re much better off staying at a proper hotel with staff.

They gave me a basement room . Tiny . No view except for the rail and people’s feet. Only one hook to hang your towel in the bathroom. No shelf or wall containers for the shampoo, conditioner or body wash. No place to sit except the bed. One has to crawl onto the bed. Never get room 1,4,7 all in the dungeon.

Niestety jak przyjechałam w upał nie można było regulować AC, co sprawiło, że kiedy wszyscy dookoła gotowali się ja spałam w kurtce i pod dwoma kocami bojąc się że zamarznę. Na miejscu nie było personelu i zanim ktokolwiek przyszedł mi pomóc minęły 3 noce.

KEINE FENSTER! Zimmer im Keller! Man fühlt sich wie in einem Bunker. Dadurch keine Aufenthaltsqualität. Personal hat unfreundlich auf Bitte nach Raumwechsel reagiert: „auf den inserierten Bildern sind keine Fenster sichtbar.“ Ging gar nicht.

Het bed was extreem oncomfortabel, je voelde letterlijk de veren door het matras. Hebben daardoor heel slecht geslapen.

De ruimte, we konden niet eens onze koffer ergens kwijt. Ooit al eens in een hub hotel geslapen, en daar was nog meer ruimte zelfs. En het bed daardoor ook zo klein dat je met zn 2en op je zij als plankjes moet liggen

A bit noisy and ground floor room meant little/no view

A little more toiletpaper to get trough the trip, otherwise all was good.

The location is near a street with a lot of homeless people , which was uncomfortable to walk on the way to the subway. Also the room was small , and the luggage storing service was much more expensive than written. No elevator aswell.

The house keeping was extra fees, we stayed there for 6 days they wanted extra money to bring us fresh towels. The rooms were small, no elevator you need to carry your luggages through really narrow stairs. They dont have anywhere to store luggages therefor we left out bags to a place where they have an arrangement and claimed our first 2 hours will be free. It wasnt free eventhough we booked through the link they have send us we payed 60 pounds to store our luggages for a few hours.

The room requires a hike up 3 flights, the last one is narrow and difficult to get luggage up. There is no table and chairs at a good height for eating. There is also no means to wash clothing nearby other than the small bathroom sink. Self serve laundromats are scarce around this area.

Issue we had was the sink being blocked on first day and door handle a bit loose.
