Pros:

Comfortable stay for hassle free central London site visits
Pros:

Location is perfect for this hotel. Victoria coach station is just 400m away. Victoria tube station is 800m away. All major site seeings are at walkable distance from this hotel. No need to take any bus or tube to explore that.

Cons:

I booked tiny single room so it’s comfortable for me. But in bathroom , inside handle was broken if we go inside, we can’t able to open door. This is in my booked room.

Bra. Fantastiskt läge. Fin frukost. Ojämn personal, framförallt lojt eller uteblivet välkomnande.
Pros:

Fint område, gångavstånd till Chelsea och nära Victoria Stn och transfer till Gatwick.

Cons:

Badrummet var väldigt litet och skulle nog inte fungera för alla. Det framgick tydligt att det inte fanns AC, men blev ändå jobbigt när vi råkade pricka en tidig värmebölja.

We had a great stay
Pros:

Location was excellent and breakfast and service was excellent

Cons:

I was sharing a twin room with my Mum and there was no shower just a bath with no privacy.
The room was very dark and there was no space for suitcases. The only hanging space was above the kettle and coffee machine.

Uma experiência mágica em Londres, com uma equipe incrível e perfeita para fãs de Harry Potter, com certeza voltaríamos
Pros:

Fiquei hospedado no quarto temático de Harry Potter com a minha noiva e a experiência foi incrível do início ao fim. O Harry, da recepção, foi extremamente simpático e receptivo, explicou tudo com muita atenção e já começou a estadia de forma excelente. Um detalhe muito especial foi a carta personalizada no estilo das cartas do filme que encontramos no quarto, além de uma newsletter com várias atrações relacionadas a Harry Potter na região. Também recebemos moedas que representavam dinheiro bruxo para trocar por doces na recepção, o que foi um toque muito divertido. O hotel ainda disponibiliza os filmes, jogos de tabuleiro e outras coisas para aproveitar durante a estadia. O café da manhã também foi ótimo e, por estarmos no quarto temático, tivemos direito a um menu especial. A equipe toda foi muito simpática, o hotel é limpo, bem localizado e realmente pensado para fãs da saga.

About what we expected.
Pros:

Staff was very good, helpful, and polite. Good area, felt safe. The hotel was well kept and clean.

Cons:

The room was very small. We had a comfy double room #44. At least it was on the bottom floor.
Difficult to get into the bed on the left side. No room and the fireplace mantel sticks out into the narrow space between wall and bed.
Very nice looking room, but very traveler unfriendly. No shelves in the bathroom to put anything. No outlet in the bathroom to use a hairdryer. You have ot use the small desk place to use an outlet and there isn’t a mirror.
No lift, but staff was helpful with the luggage.
Wanted breakfast, but 30 pounds (if you pre-order, more if you don’t) for two people was well over our budget. We just skipped breakfast until lunch.
Could not get a receipt for our stay when we left. Still NO RECEIPT. I was told it would be emailed to me. NOT!
It would have been nice to have been provided a detailed map of the immediate area of what facilities, stores, restaurants, bus stops and businesses were available.

Stayed in a tiny room, but it was lovely decorated. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

When I arrived, I realised that I was on the third floor without a lift. Not great for an injured knee, but of course I should have mentioned it when I booked the room.

Pros:

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Quartier mit guter Atmosphäre. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet, das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Unser Zimmer war ein echtes Highlight und im Stil von Harry Potter eingerichtet. An den aussergewöhnlich heissen Tagen war es etwas warm und kuschlig im Zimmer, ansonsten aber wirklich ein besonderes Erlebnis. Würde ich definitiv weiterempfehlen.
