The staff were helpful and friendly
The room was very dated. Single glazed windows meant people standing outside talking could be easily heard (above outdoor bar tables). Bathroom also dated. At the rate I paid at this standard of hotel,
All of the above
Poor internet connection
Nice building and good bar and restaurant rooms. Bedroom was a good size.
The mattress was soft and had probably seen better days.
comfortable bed; good quality of beddings. Clean toilet and bath.
Ideally the curtains had a better blackout effect.
Clean room and newly renovated bathroom, stylish. A very good restaurant and great hospitality. The house was impressively old 1762 but in very good shape.
I didn’t have any problems but my wife said she missed a softer mattress pad and found the bed a little bit hard.
Room was clean. It also had a guest laundry which was a major plus for us. The personnel were great and friendly. Would stay there again.

Modern room
Was a bit warm in the room but weather was very hot
The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good, husband loves his cooked breakfast and I love my fruit, yogourt and granola and we enjoyed a simple but very good dinner
Clean comfortable. Geographically excellent
Access good staff helpful cleanliness as expected a breakfast menu would be useful
Niets
Dating back to 1765. A beautiful traditional Scottish hotel.

Great location, nice rooms.
Great location in Speyside and very nice looking, grand hotel.
Our second stay at this lovely Highland Hotel.
All Staff are welcoming and so very helpful, friendly and observant, anticipating needs and offering timeous and approriate help.
Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable bedroom with adaptations to assist with mobility for one of us. Daily servicing of the bedroom to a high standard by friendly attentive staff.
Attractive restaurant with lovely food and careful dietary adaptations (gluten free for us) by Chef and Servers.
Attractive and comfortable lobby with daily papers and spacious and a comfortable bar for after dinner coffee and socialising.
Lots of information is available on the local area, natural history and places of interest. A full programme of talks, walks and birdwatching is available from local expert leaders.
The atmosphere is truly Highland at its best.
We couldn't stay longer!
