No hubo nada que me gustase
CHINCHES!!!!!!! Estuvimos en la habitación 10 y estaba plagada de chinches! Al llegar no nos dimos cuenta y tras la primera noche nos despertamos llenos de picaduras de chinches (plaga de insectos)!!!! Cuando se lo explicamos a la recepcionista ni se sorprendió y nos dijo simplemente que lo sentía y que nos devolvía todo el dinero y que nos fuésemos. Horrible experiencia… nos fuimos del hotel llenos de picadas horribles y con chinches escondidas en nuestra ropa!!!!!! Tuvimos que desinfectar todo y tirar mucha ropa antes de volver a nuestra casa porque hubiésemos llevado las chinches a nuestra casa y hubiese sido horrible!!!! (Por cierto, hay personas a las que no se le manifiestan las picadas ya que su piel no es tan sensible, por lo tanto aunque no te salgan marcas puede ser que te hayan picado ya y te las estes llevando a tu casa!!!!) no vayáis a este hotel!!
Friendly reception, clear instruction on arrival, ground floor room. Comfortable mattress on bed, nice area, felt safe as a female solo traveller. Easy access every time with an electronic door key through the main door off of the street and then into the room. So convenient, as only a 5 minute walk from Victoria Station. A small room (no. 5), well-equipped with the basics with ensuite and as a **star hotel it was value for money (especially in London!). Tea, coffee, paper cups, small towel, hairdryer, portable fan (didn't use it but the ceiling fan cannot be used as it is loud and 'on a wobble'). TV had main channels. Didn't use the WiFi but it was apparently available. It was a good place to use as a 'base camp' to come and go. The room certainly had some quirks and character, but I could easily work with those. Improvements could include new, fresh pillows and shower drain could use attention to help the water run away. Coat hangers would be good. Also, a net curtain at the window would be useful as I had the curtains drawn all the time for privacy. For the price, all in all, I think it was expected. You ain't getting Buckingham Palace so have a sense of humour.
There was only one real problem for me personally though...
Now, I only had one actual concern and unfortunately this would result in me not wanting to return in the future which is a real shame.
I noticed at night a 'varnish odour' when in bed. I traced it to what I think was the silicone used to seal woodwork/wall. It didn't look recently done so unless there was a reaction with the old paint, I don't know. It became problematic after a while as it became over-powering in the bed headboard area. The catch 22 was, as there were no net curtains, having fresh air slowly filtering through freely, meant exhibiting the room like a shop window display. Although the window was recessed back behind railings from the pavement, the window fittings had no way of securing a locked position for security. Such a shame, as this hotel could be a real gem with the right care and attention.
Elhelyezkedés. Nagyon jó helyen van, közel a központhoz. Minden könnyen elérhető kb 8-10 perc sétával. Személyzet segítőkész, összeségében igyekeztek segítségünkre lenni. Sajnos több jót nem tudok elmondani.
Nagyjából minden, a szobába alig fértünk be, a fürdőrol nem is beszélve. A zuhanyzás egy igazi kihívás. Higiénia nagyon gyenge.
Good location, the hotel is a bit tired but good value for the money paid
Advertised as ensuite but had to walk out of the bedroom door into a hallway to get to the allocated bathroom.

Posiazione perfetta, staff molto gentile (sia in reception sia il servizio di sistemazione stanze).Sono stati davvero tutti premurosi e disponibili. Bollitore con caffè e tè molto graditi,assieme alla tv.
La stanza è di dimensioni molto ridotte e mancano i punti di appoggio (es: comodini, anche solo due mensole ci avrebbero svoltato il soggiorno). ILa doccia aveva qualche problema.

L'emplacement est parfait, calme mais proche du métro et bien dans le centre.
Chambre très bien 👍😊 et salle de bain très propre et agréable.
Surprise que la salle de bain et les toilettes ne soient pas dans la chambre, mais ce n'était vraiment pas un soucis car elle était privative à notre chambre.
