Amazing location next to Victoria coach station max 5min walk, staff was very kind, left the buggages before going to the airport
Room was very small at the last floor but for one person and 2 nights it was all you would need for London ' the connections
Great location, basic but generally clean room, was ideal for an overnight stay
Shower only had 1 door so I party flooded the bathroom and tea/coffee facilities were provided but no cups 🙃

Tiny tiny room, very old and poor condition. Toilet seat was broken. Hand basin was blocked.
It was so convenient for shops, cafes, restaurants and transport. The area was quiet, and we felt safe walking around. After reading the Google reviews, we were worried until we got there, and we were then pleasantly impressed. We had a ground floor ensuite. The bed was extremely comfortable. Well worth the money and would stay again. Clean towels were provided, and the bin was emptied daily. There was a nice big window we could open for fresh air and plenty of light. Unfortunately, it was rather heavy to open and really needed a net curtain for some light privacy from the residents behind. The door had an electronic key card, which meant you couldn't lock the door from inside, but unless you had the card, it didn't open from the outside. There were three different types of lighting to the main room, which gave you the option of low light over the bed, which could then be turned off from the bed.
We stayed 8 days, had no problems, and would happily use it again.
There were some parts that needed fixing or finishing, ie, non-working ceiling fan but a standard fan was already provided , tiles loose in bathroom, no wardrobe or drawers, Possibility of noisy neighbours depending on the other guests.

Very good location and calm surrounding.
The room is very small and there is no AC. The bathroom is also very small..its really not comfortable when you go in for shower.
Very kind personnel, they allow you to leave your luggage at reception when you checking in too early or checking out and can collect your luggage later. Every door open on magnetic card which i like more than a keys. Nice stay.

Smoking odour in the room.
Whilst not sparkling, the room/bed was hygienic and functional. Tea & coffee, kettle etc provided, with refills and bins etc emptied during the day. Staff were polite and accommodating. Location is excellent. Not a 5* hotel but I was not expecting one, as that's not what I booked. Expectations met positively, would stay again if I needed to.
The shower was on the small side (2’ x 2’) but usable if you are under 6’ and of slimish/average build. Hotel/rooms are dated and small but I was happy with it and absolutely cannot complain for what I paid (£59/night)!

Everything. There was no en suite toilet like it is mentioned on the booking. I have paid extra for an en suite room for a non en suite room. The toilet is 2 floors below with NO sink. And the sink is in the room with NO toilet. Absolutely ridicilous. Window was rotten broken and I could not close it. There was no working sockets in the whole room. Bed was very uncomfortable.

The staff helped to ensure that the issues regarding the window and table were sorted out adequately. The place in terms of value for money was fair, I had a good shower and the staff were very helpful.
There were issues on not informing how the window could be shut till I saw someone the next day, meaning that I could not had a peaceful sleep night. Table was broken but was sorted. There was a brown substance on the sheet.
