Disappointed
Cons:

Room was on the bottom floor in the corner of the property, window opening onto an old dirty wall of the neighbouring building.
No hot water on night one, called reception the next day to rectify, only to have the same issue on day 2. With little concern or urgency to fix the issue, it was eventually was sorted with what seems to be a boiler that was not switched on.

Dr ligging van het hotel is fantastisch, de ontvangst aardig, entree rook fris.

Cons:

GEEN AANRADER!!De kamer zeer klein! Geverfde muren over de schimmelranden heen. Zeer kleine badkamer. Geen kast in dr kamer, vieze vloerbedekking. Geen airco, vieze doorgezakt bedden. Het ergste van alles was de kakkerlak!!! Er werd gezegd dat het zeer vochtig was en een vochtige periode hadden gehad terwijl het kurkdroog was. We kregen direct een veel ruimere kamer met apart douche en toilet. Schandalig!!

De ligging is ideaal. Op 5 min. Oxford street en de bushaltes.

Cons:

Hotelkamer is wel erg klein weinig loopruimte en de douche is erg krap niet geschikt als je wat voller.

Veľmi stiesnené izby, málinko priestoru, nedalo sa tam hýbať, dvere nedoliehali, bolo všetko počuť z chodby. Nie je tam klíma, došli sme tam a nedalo sa tam dýchat aký tam bol ťažký dusný vzduch. Fotky velmi nezodpovedajú tomu čo dostanete. Bohužial sme museli opustiť ešte prvý deň ubytovanie a nájst si iné

Posizione, zona, comodità con tutto vicino, comodi letti e doccia ampia

Cons:

Piccolo problema siamo rimasti un GG senza acqua calda, molte volte con la reception sembrava difficile comunicare o hanno promesso di portare asciugamani pulite e poi ho dovuto sollecitare... Piccole cose davvero per il resto perfetto l'appartamento ..

Goed bed, goede locatie

Cons:

Temperatuur douche was koud. Ook na melden. Eén keer na een melding lauwwarme douche kunnen nemen.
Code van kamer werkte soms niet, met je wc op de gang erg lastig als je je kamer weer in wil.
Wc papier een keer op.

Great location, friendly staff

Cons:

No hot water for the shower, when asked for assistance was told just to run it for 10 minutes and it would warm up. It did but what a waster of water, having to do this every time someone wants a shower.
TV also didn’t work, staff tried to fix it but wouldn’t connect to WiFi. We were told they might be able to move rooms the following day but then heard nothing. We didn’t need the tv but still a facility we should have had but didn’t.

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Check in was very easy, communication from property was good. Property looked lovely from the outside, and inside, greeted by a very friendly & helpful gentleman. Very clean room, crisp white bedding, kettle, cups & glasses, 2 water bottles, and complimentary shower gel & shampoo

Cons:

The twin room was a little snug. The TV wouldn't connect to freeview or live TV, although we didn't need it
