Comfy and great value for money
Pros:

Very comfortable and only 10 mins walk from Victoria station. Staff were very friendly. Bed was so comfortable. Great value for money and I would stay again. Room decor was lovely.

Excellent location but with the smallest room we’ve ever had
Pros:

Brilliant location for what we wanted to do.

Cons:

Deluxe triple room was small. Obviously a double with a single bed added. Queried room and was told it had a balcony so deluxe…Pity we couldn’t put the mattress there…! About 4 inch clearance to get to one side of bed. Bathroom VERY small, at least it had a sliding door. Just enough room to use the toilet!

Cons:

We were on the top floor with no lift, even though we are fit and healthy it was an effort to climb after a long day sightseeing

Unfortunately I would not stay here again
Pros:

It was clean & nice staff

Cons:

Rooms were minuscule. Whilst I accept single rooms are small, my slim 84year old Dad couldn’t open his bedroom door and move around it to get to the bathroom
Limited atmosphere in the hotel bar/lobby and breakfast poor

My favorite hotel in London, highly recommended!
Pros:

A great central location with a few different underground stations nearby. A super cosy little room with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Everything is clean and the staff is super kind and helpful. The breakfast is good value for the money.

L’emplacement est top, à 10 mn de la gare Victoria

Cons:

Chambre minuscule, nous avions une chambre de luxe pour 3 personnes, elle n’avait de luxe que le nom.
Nous pouvions à peine nous retourner dans la chambre, nous n’avions pas de place pour nos 2 petites valises.
Salle de bain également minuscule.
Mais le pire c’est que je me suis retrouvée pleines de boutons, apparemment un insecte ou des punaises de lits.
Drap taché, je ne vous parle pas de la saleté sous le lit.
Le personnel est sympa.
