Pros:

Chambre rénovée, propre. La décoration est originale. Salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre. Personnel sympathique. Possibilité de laisser les valises en consigne.

Cons:

Attention pas d'ascenseur, mais le personnel s'occupe des valises.

Small rooms, and little to no information provide on arrival. The person at reception was fairly basic with little to no informed explanation of the running of the hotel, direction to travel and poor communication skills in general

Very comfy beds and a great shower!
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and shower were clean and pleasant to use, and the room as decorated nicely. The air conditioning worked well on the hot summer day to keep the room nice and brisk.

Nice place, noisy underground
Pros:

Attended 13th through to the 15th July place is not bad, staff are good and rooms are clean and certainly decent for getting your head down. Only downside it is a bit noisy from the underground

convenient for the tube and safe location. Good service, a nicely decorated friendly, hotel.
Pros:

The continental breakfast was very good - lots of choice for the price. The rooms were small but I thought classy. As seen in the photos online. The reception staff were attentive, a little difficulty with understanding the language but very polite. Willing to help with any problems/queries. The beds were very comfortable. I slept in two different rooms (one three bedroom, one single bedroom) over two days and both bedrooms were outstandingly comfortable! I slept so well...

Cons:

The small room (I stayed in 301) was a box room. Not much room to swing a cat, however I paid a very small bargain price for it so not totally displeased. I'd stay in it again at the right price because it was well decorated and well laid out.
