Lovely staff very helpful even late in the evening

Pros:

The hotel has an good staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. The room itself was fine and had everything I needed for my stay.

Cons:

The room was located in the basement and had bars on the windows. There was also almost no sound insulation. I could hear everyone walking past the window, not to mention the traffic outside.

During the night, a group of noisy young men checked into the room next door, and I had to listen to them talking loudly and having fun for a couple of hours.

As I was travelling with my child, I could not leave my sleeping child alone in the room and go to the reception to ask the neighbors to be quieter.

Hair dryer didn’t work, stairssss (which is to be expected), no real amenities - no food/resto, no gym Or exercise equipment of any kind

Pros:

Great location, 15 mins walk from Victoria train station and 5 mins walk from Victoria coach station.
The staff are really welcoming and happy for us to leave our luggage.

Pros:

Room was nice and cool. Bathroom in good state

Cons:

I personally struggled with the single bed but that was my fault for not booking a double- no criticism of the hotel for that! Fourth floor room did make for rather a lot of stars though.

Szuper a szállás! A környék biztonságos, tiszta, rendezett! Ajánlom másoknak is, főleg egyénileg.
Pros:

A recepció 00:00-24:00 volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, barátságos. A szoba ugyan kicsi volt, de 1 ember részére megfelelő. A szoba felszereltsége tökéletes volt. A fürdőszoba nagyon elegáns, tiszta, igényesen kialakított. Ha legközelebb mennék megint megszállnék itt. Pozitívum, hogy az utolsó napon kiköltözéskor a csomagokat a szálloda csomagmegőrző részlegén lehetett hagyni pár óra hosszára. Reggelit biztosított volna a szállás, de nem kértem. A környék nagyon biztonságos, csendes, a városközpont, Buckingham Palota 10 percnyi járásra található.

Cons:

Nincs olyan! Nagyon meg voltam elégedve mindennel!
