The location is amazing. The decor is stylish and the staff is just wonderful. The air conditioning works great. There are a bunch of great restaurants around the corner in Pimlico and Victoria station is very close. The Wizard tea is at a hotel directly across the street.
The pillows were very hard but the beds and linens were extremely comfortable.

Staff: very friendly and very helpful.
Comfortable stay: Clean, and every amenities are arranged and managed to your liking.

The morning we left we were greeted by a very pleasant man who eagerly offered to open the doors and take our suitcases down the steps to the outside. He was extremely kind and it was clear it was his pleasure to be helpful.
The room was located on the ground floor to which there was no lift. On our arrival we were pointed to the corridor leading to the stairs, we then had to navigate this with two large suitcases. This was extremely tricky as the stairs are narrow and steep. It would have been a nicer welcome if the staff had offered to help.

Location was perfect for our stay, within walking distance of so many attractions and visiting friends. Although room was compact the Air conditioning in the room helped in the heat wave, with a view of Big Ben, London Eye and more.
