Good access to public transit, quiet area, and nice eateries.
Rooms are small therefore a lounge area
with access to coffee, tea or refreshments would have been nice.
Location and facilities. Good bed and god shower
Rooms are small but expected in London.
Breakfast was fine although some items were not replenished when finished
Location next to station
Peaceful hotel just a short walk from Earls Court station. Lots of pubs, stores, cafes and transportation nearby. Modern room with everything we needed. Nice breakfast buffet in a bright & quiet sunroom. Glad they have a small elevator for our bags and mobility issues. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Bathroom was a wee bit tight but better than sharing guest toilets!
The location is perfect… 3 mins walk to Earl’s Court
The location was perfect with easy access and the breakfast was good
I booked two rooms and requested them to be near each other, but one of the rooms was on the first floor and the other on the top floor. Also the room on the first floor had the smallest bed we have ever shared, it was supposed to be a double, but in my book a 120 cm wide bed is not a double, so we were lucky we are not big people.
Fin innredning.
Små rom, dårlig frokost,
Breakfast room is cute and continental breakfast was fine.
Phone charger port didn't work. A/C goes off every couple hours, it was very warm.
No. It’s not for stay with luggage and baby.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my stay experience at your hotel.
Your hotel is completely unprepared for guests who travel long distances with luggage, especially families with small children. There are numerous stairs everywhere, while the elevator is so small that even I could not fit inside with my stroller and belongings.
( I’ve attached some fotos) Traveling alone with my one-and-a-half-year-old child, I had two large suitcases, two small suitcases, a stroller, and additional bags. Using the elevator was simply impossible.
When I asked for assistance, the receptionist named Oksana only shrugged her shoulders and said there was nobody available to help. Shortly after that, she closed the reception desk and left because her working hours had ended.
After a 15-hour flight with a sick child whose temperature had been above 39.5°C for three days, exhausted and barely able to stand, I attempted to reach my room by myself. I carried my sleeping child in my arms, took one bag with important documents, and somehow managed to get to the 3rd floor, where reception had told me my room (Room 34) was located.
To my shock, I then discovered yet another huge staircase leading to the room itself. At that moment, my frustration became unbearable. Later, a cleaner downstairs explained that I should actually have pressed the button for the 4th floor.
At that point, I saw absolutely no possibility of staying at your hotel. I was left standing in the lobby with a sleeping sick child and a large amount of luggage, completely helpless and unsupported.
My disappointment, exhaustion, and emotional distress cannot be described in words. I genuinely believe that the lack of accessibility, assistance, and basic consideration for guests in difficult travel situations is unacceptable.
I understand that my reservation may normally be considered non-refundable. However, considering all of the circumstances, I kindly ask Booking.
