Great location, comfortable room for a city trip.
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the room was very well-equipped, even including an iron, which is quite uncommon for hotels in this category.

Cons:

We stayed in a ground floor room located next to the breakfast area, which made it quite noisy in the mornings starting around 7:00-7:30. Some additional attention to cleanliness would also be beneficial.

Delightful room in a beautiful London area.
Pros:

Breakfast in the beautiful conservatory was great. The neighborhood was an absolute delight to walk around. The aircon took a bit to figure out but I got there. Hotel was quiet and had the amenities I could want.

Decent spot with a great location, but cleanliness isn’t the best
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Lots of nice attractions in a short walk, and super easy tube access. I liked that breakfast was included.

Cons:

The breakfast is super basic. I’d also say that the cleanliness and overall hospitality was lacking. Found three dead bugs on the counter room immediately upon checkin. The fact that housekeeping didn’t notice these large flies makes me question how closely they really cleaned in there. As others have said, there are a lot of steps- to enter the building, after getting off the lift. I’d say the stay was decent and got the job done, but I’d look elsewhere next time I am in London.

Perfecte locatie om veel in Londen te bekijken.
Pros:

Locatie dicht bij metro is echt top!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, maar als ik iets moet noemen: De glazenwand in de badkamer had iets beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden. Maar verder was het goed schoon hoor.

Prettig hotel
Pros:

Fijne kamer, goed bed en van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuke ligging in rustige straat en vlakbij de metro en bussen en eetgelegenheden

Cons:

Ontbijt is prima, niet heel veel keuze of afwisseling. Het Personeel is niet onvriendelijk maar ze zoeken weinig tot geen contact met de gasten, zeker de receptie niet.

Mysigt hotell med välstädat rum och skön säng. Mycket bra läge med fina omgivningar och nära tunnelbanan.
Frukosten var okej och fräsch men inte så stort utbud av olika paket.
Ett extra plus för den söta katten som bodde på hotellet.

Cons:

Rummet var väldigt litet. Svårt att få plats med väskorna.
