The air conditioner was not working. The room was in the basement, with reception above, and at night, you heard the scraping of chairs.

Unbelievably hot, with no AC or fan. Dodgy security - room was cleaned despite no sign for cleaning.

No air con or fans. Room was very stuffy.

De airco werkte niet, waardoor we sliepen in een zeer warme en benauwde ruimte. Daarnaast had ik een kamer met twee losse bedden geboekt en kregen we een kamer met één smal tweepersoons bed. De koffers hebben we zelf twee verdiepingen omhoog gesjouwd op een zeer smalle trap. Er is veel achterstallig onderhoud, zoals vochtplekken en een kapotte klink van het raam.

The room was unbearably hot because both the air conditioner and the fan were broken, reception said there was nothing they could do and couldn't provide another fan. The window was frosted, didn't open and offered no ventilation, so there was no airflow at all. To make matters worse, I came back after being out for the day to find two of my bags had been chewed through by what I'm assuming was a mouse or a rat. Despite the obvious holes in both bags, reception insisted this wasn't possible. The luggage room is also downstairs with no lift, making it difficult if you're travelling with heavy bags.

Air conditioning units in room not working, I was warned of this before getting to the hotel, but the room was disgustingly hot! Couldn't sleep due to how hot it was and then trying to get ready the next day was awful.

I know the hotel weren't to know a heatwave would be happening but London is always hot this time of year and them units need fixing!

I would have paid more money to ensure the aircon was fixed and working!!

The Fan provided was just a desk top fan which really wasn't very powerful and quite dusty, I wiped it down myself.

The lack of empathy regarding the heatwave.

Unfortunately due to the heatwave it was impossible to stay in this hotel.
I was assign a room on the top floor and due to the heat wave the room was about 30°
So I had to leave, and find another accommodations.
As I was the one deciding to leave I understand 1st night would not be refunded.

But to this day after several message send to the property I haven’t had a single reply from management

Avoid Thai place

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. We booked a twin room, but were told they didn’t have one available and were given a room on the basement level (-1) instead. The room had no window and no proper ventilation. It’s hard to understand how a hotel can rent out a basement room with no window at all.

The bed was advertised as a double bed, but it was extremely narrow—more like a 1.5-person bed than a proper double. The air conditioning was not working. When we asked about it, we were told it wasn’t broken; it seemed the AC had been turned off throughout the hotel. There was even a notice at the reception saying the air conditioning was not operating.

The room and bathroom were both very small. There were also no slippers or face towels provided. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not stay here again.

La stanza era per 4 (noi eravamo in 3) ma ci entravano a malapena due persone.
Non funzionava l'aria condizionata e quest'anno a Londra è un servizio che non può mancare.
Inoltre abbiamo chiesto un tappetino per la doccia che non è mai arrivato anche se cambiano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni.
Mah!

Wir waren im 3. Stock(Dachgeschoss) mit einem mini Fenster zum öffnen und ohne Klima...es war uerträglich heiss!!! Lift gibt es auch keinen und das Wifi war auch nur ab und zu ok.
