The location, only 5 minute walk to Underground.

Cons:

How clean the room was, apparently cleaned every 2 days. We're there 3 nights and not once clean towels, bins emptied, bed made or cleaned at all.

Pros:

Machine à café/thé à la réception et eau fraîche, petit croissant. Personnel sympathique. Emplacement.

Cons:

Lit double trop petit pour 2 personnes. Chambre et salle de bain minuscules. Salle de bain avec WC très inconfortable et et pas en bon état. Pas de climatisation comme annoncée sur le site.

Un logement très moyen avec une douche où on ne peut pas régler la température de l'eau

Le logement est situé proche d'une station de métro qui est accessible en 8 min à pied.

Cons:

La douche dont la température ne pouvait pas se régler avec de l'eau qui devenait progressivement de plus en plus chaude pour devenir brûlante et insupportable. On a demandé de l'aide à la réception qui nous a dit qu'il monterait dans 5 minutes. On en a attendu plutôt 30. Quand il a regardé la douche, la température avait eu le temps de redescendre et pour lui le problème était réglé. Les autres jours, on a passé nos douches soit très froides soit très chaudes sans possibilité de régler la température.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t live up to expectations. I was put on the top floor, the internet access was poor, the aircon unit was bad and there was a terrible constant smell in the room. I understand that this hotel is a basic hotel, but there were many things that could have easily been fixed to make it a more comfortable stay. I informed the reception via WhatsApp that I wasn’t happy about the wifi situation and using my own data, but got no response. The water power from the shower was almost non existent, and the bathroom felt dirty.
