We enjoyed our stay and it made us laugh in lots of different ways……..especially the night manager making the reception
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff and close to underground station.

Cons:

Tiny and in need of redecoration. TV only works with a mobile phone….but we couldn’t get it to work. Shower and toilet in a very tiny en-suite room……clean but not easy to negotiate, especially if two people are sharing this room. The room contains a bed, a table, and a hard chair all squashed together…..but the price is very low, so only to be expected.

Cons:

Poco pulita e un po’ piccola per tre persone.
Al nostro arrivo non era presente nessuno alla reception e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti che arrivasse qualcuno.

Hotel ideale per dormire e posizione ottima
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti l'hotel si trova in un 'ottima posizione vicinissima alla metro di Earl's court e diversi punti per raggiungere anche le fermate degli autobus... La stanza è quella che è piccola non modernissima ma c'è il condizionare ed è pulita il secondo giorno ci hanno fatto cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani. L'host è super disponibile e gentile, alla reception c'è un dispenser per l'acqua e una macchinetta per il caffè , per quello che abbiamo pagato devo dire che ci è andata più che bene, non avevamo troppe pretese per l'aspetto estetico , l'unica preoccupazione era la pulizia che è stata rispettata , e sicuramente la gentilezza dell'host è un punto a favore ci ha fatto lasciare anche le valigie sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out.

Complete waste of money
Pros:

Nothing was good

Cons:

Awful. Everywhere was extremely dirty and mouldy. The room door was broken and t couldn’t be lock. The toiletries were very dirty and used.

Satisfied
Pros:

Bed was comfortable but quite high. Had a nice window. Love the area, felt safe and quite close to the station.
Private bathroom and toilet. Which was enough for my needs..and.the night office worker was very nice and kindly carried my luggage up to the third floor. When I arrived I asked if the AC worked and they changed my room to give me a stronger AC. On the whole I was satisfied.. I would stay again if this is free. It was in a very nice area.

Cons:

It's a tad small but perfect for one person. Could be a bit cleaner. Window had tape on it but as I was on the third floor it didn't bother me.

Dirty hotel
Pros:

The coffee from the machine.

Cons:

Extremely dirty place. I was scared about the air conditioner on the wall. I hope it doesn't turn on. I checked out at 7am! Towels were dirty, the table had patches of past spillages not sure when it was last cleaned! The cover on the chair was also very dirty.

La struttura è in una posizione molto bella, un ottimo quartiere. Tornando tardi la sera era molto sicuro. Il personale cordiale, la stanza pulita. Sono state cambiate lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2 giorni.

Cons:

La stanza è più piccola di quello che sembrava dalle foto, tuttavia per soggiorni brevi non è un problema.

Trångt badrum. Handfatet satt lite väl nära toan, man fick det i ansiktet. Tv gick inte att värken att se på eller casta till.

Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung.
Pros:

Die Lage. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Underground nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer mit Toilette war extrem klein. Um auf der Toilette zu sitzen ist man am Waschbecken angestoßen. Es ging nur wenn man die Türen der Dusche oder die Toiletten Tür offen hatte. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und wir kamen in den Genuss eines anderen Zimmers. Spartanische Ausstattung und ein noch kleineres Bad ! Insgesamt entspricht die Unterkunft keinesfalls zwei Sterne. .
