Nous avons été déplacé d’une chambre au 2 étage au 4 étage sans nous en avoir informé. La chambre remplacée était à la limite insalubre.
Nous avons dû refuser de rester une nuit de plus dans cette chambre.
Il nous a été redonné une chambre au 1 etage qui correspond à ce qui est présenté sur le sites.

Je n’ai strictement rien aimé sauf l’emplacement.
Tout, hôtel miteux, les chambres sont très sale personnel désagréable. Le nettoyage des chambres n’est pas fait quotidiennement, pour le dernier jour je n’ai même pas eu de serviette propre et quand j’ai demandé ils m’ont dit qu’ils n’avaient pas été livré en serviettes. Le lit est dit comme un lit 2 place alors qu’il est tout petit, il fait froid dans la chambre, la salle de bain il ne faut pas être de forte corpulence car impossible de s’asseoir au toilette, la Clim dégage une odeur de moisi, les chambres sentent le renfermer il fait tout humide à l’intérieur. Et aucune isolation on entend tout ce qui a dans les chambres à côté ainsi que dans les escaliers.
La ubicacion, el desayuno gratis que te daban (cafe, croisant...), el personal amable, las sabanas estaban muy limpias y el wifi.
El lavabo estaba encima del retrete, muy pequeño y poco accesible, era imposible limpiarse los dientes sin ensuciar todo el suelo. La habitacion era muy pequeña.

Iluminação principalmente para mulheres se maquear era muito boa, o ar condicionado manteve a temperatura como quiséssemos.
Tinha agua quente em chaleira elétrica, agua fria ou ambiente para beber, maquina de cafe, snacks disponiveis sem pagar.
O banheiro muito pequeno (pessoas altas ou fortes teriam desconforto), por ser subsolo o cheiro do esgoto era um pouco forte.
La stanza senza finestra non dovrebbe essere messa in affitto. Non c’era il sapone per la doccia. Un asciugamano e basta e quando sono arrivato mancava la carta igienica. Condizionatore non andava e sporco. Capelli nel letto e asciugamani consegnati sporchi.

The size of the room was very small, good enough for 1 person but 2 is too much the bathroom was hideously small.

La cuvette des WC de travers qui tombait a chaque fois .la fenêtre qui ne s ouvre pas ,pas de serviette à notre arrivee .
Et la salle de bain toute mais vraiment toute petite! et je n ai pas pris en photo le balai des WC pour vous éviter un petit haut le cœur du matin .
La ubicación está muy bien conectada con el metro, tiene supermercado cerca y está en un barrio muy bonito y residencial. Aunque la habitación es pequeña , para unos días está bien. Las sábanas estaban limpias. El personal era simpático.
No tenia lugar donde dejar la ropa, faltaría algo para poder almacenar. Nos dejaron solo 1 toalla para dos personas, la cual olía bastante mal.
