I servizi quasi mancanti, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi di cambiare gli asciugamani o li abbiamo ritirati noi di persona. Lo stesso discorso vale per la carta igienica. Abbiamo avuto i secchi dell'immondizia pieni durante tutto il soggiorno (4 giorni).La stanza non era molto pulita, il bagno era un po' sporco, il condizionatore molto datato e pieno di polvere. L'asciugacapelli a muro era molto scomodo. I cuscini scomodi. Il wifi non prendeva per niente. La stanza non rispecchiava le immagini del sito.

Nothing to dislike.

Do not stay at this hotel. I experienced an awful stay at the Exhibition Court Hotel 4 hotel in London. I arrived for a three night stay and the hotel told me I had arrived a day too early. I had to show them my reservation that I arrived on the correct day. Even so, I had to wait almost 3 hours before I was able to check in even though I arrived during their official check- in hours. I was assigned to hotel room number 4 in the basement where the air was foul, moldy and not breathable. There was no ventilation ( or AC) in the room while London was experiencing 30 Celsius weather. The smell was coming from the bathroom where there was a standing pool of water in the shower and on the floor ( before I used the bathroom) because the lack of ventilation caused the water to not evaporate. It created a humid and fetid environment in the room. It was making me sick and gave me a headache and respiratory congestion. I asked for help from the staff to open a window but the problem persisted.I had to leave the hotel a day before my check-out date because the environment was making me ill. Other issues were the peeling paint in the ceiling in the bathroom from the humidity and mold and the fact that the hotel room door had to be slammed shut because it would not close properly. I alerted booking.com customer service who tried to mediate with the hotel but ultimately the hotel refused to give me a partial refund. Meanwhile I had to pay to stay at a different hotel. I had to wash all my clothes upon my return home just to get the mold stench out of my clothing. I am extraordinarily displeased that this hotel is still listed on this platform because other guests have complained about the odor in their hotel rooms in the review section of booking.com. The hotel organization should suffer consequences for leaving the matter unaddressed.

Camere sporche, doccia bollente, solo con acqua bollente, bagno sporco

Resimlerde görünen oda ile alakası olmayan bir oda verildi. Söylememe rağmen başka oda verilmedi. Penceresi olmayan havasız kliması yetersiz içi leş gibi toz dolu koku veriyprdu. tahtadan yapılmış yatak vardı. Banyo küçücüktü. Lavabosu o kadar küçüktü ki eliniz sığmıyordu. Resmen bir odadan ayrılmış bir köşesini oda yapmışlar. Elimde resimlerde var bu kdr kötü olacağını tahmin etmezdim. Asla burayı tavsiye etmem.

La propreté pas eu de ménage on leur a demandé ils nous en dit tout les deux jours au bout de deux jours les toilettes tjr pas fait ils ont changé juste les serviette . Fuit dans la salle de bain qui vient d’en haut . Les gens font leur douche et ça coule dans la salle de bain déguelasse à vomir . Il est très cher pour ce que s’est les boissons chaudes offerte c’était que le premier jour le reste soit disant la machine était en panne . Bref à part la situation je vois rien d’autre il y’a plein d’autre à côté tracer votre route.

Abbiamo scelto questa camera poiché aveva l'aria condizionata ma dalla macchina usciva solo aria fresca puntata sulla scrivania di fianco al letto: 26-27 gradi la sera, segnalati sul termostato, 30 la mattina, un forno invivibile!!! La mattina con il letto attaccato alla finestra e la tenda che non fa filtrare la luce del sole sentivo un caldo insopportabile. Tirando la tenda la sorpresa! La finestra era aperta per ben 20 cm e proprio da lì entrava un caldo torrido!!! Per avere un poco di refrigerio abbiamo dovuto aprire la porta che dà sul disimpegno tra le camere e tenerla aperta con la sedia per fare entrare un po' di frescura.
Abbiamo segnalato il problema venerdì mattina c'è stato risposto che avrebbero chiamato il tecnico a causa di un problema all'impianto generale. In tarda serata non era arrivato. Sabato mattina abbiamo segnalato nuovamente e ci è stato ripetuto avrebbero solleciato il tecnico e informato il manager, che sarebbe stato presente nel pomeriggio. Chiedevo pertanto di essere contattata telefonicamente, cosa che non è avvenuta. Nemmeno a dirlo la sera il problema non era stato risolto. Domenica mattina effettuavamo il check-out lasciando i bagagli nella piccola hall come da servizio da loro offerto. Quando siamo tornate verso le 15 i bagagli erano ancora lì ed era presente il manager. Riportata tutta la questione ha fatto la faccia di quello che non sapeva nulla ha proposto uno sconto del 15% su un prossimo soggiorno e ha cercato di fare il piacione, proponendosi di aiutarci con le indicazioni per l'aeroporto di cui non avevamo affatto bisogno.
Come detto abbiamo scelto questa struttura proprio per la presenza in camera di una macchina dell'aria condizionata indipendente. Al termine di questo soggiorno ci sentiamo prese in giro e truffate. Con molte sterline in meno avremmo potuto avere una camera più grande con il ventilatore e magari direzionali dove ne avevamo necessità.

Aircon in the first room I was given did not work. I was moved to another room where the aircon did work however water dripped from it constantly.

Smoke detector was missing. Lighting on stairs not working. Stairs carpet was a trip hazard. Bathroom ceiling unfinished. Tv not working. Staff asleep in lobby during the night. Entrance doors left unlocked all night.
