Really great place to stop and visit Cognac. Would definitely recommend
Pros:

The location was excellent, a short walk from the centre. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Air con in the room was much needed and was good to have the secure parking for our motorcycle.

Cons:

We felt the breakfast was overpriced. Not a great selection of options on offer. Luckily we were able to cancel our booking for the next day.

Pros:

La personne de l hotel de la nuit était tres agréable.

Cons:

La clim est bien trop ancienne du bruit dans la chambre. A l étage les enfants ont souffert de la chaleur.
Lors de notre arrivée à 17h nous avions réservé une place de parking à 10 euros, le personnel présent m a vu avec un coffre de toi et etait mal aimable du fait que le parking n'est pas du tout prévu pour des voitures avec coffre de toi.

Super emplacement
Pros:

Emplacement au top, bien insonorisé, climatisé.
Grande salle de bain fonctionnelle, literie au top et chambre triple, super pratique pour un séjour avec un enfant.
Petit déjeuner convenable.
Plus de place de parking disponible mais nombreuses places autour disponible et gratuit le week-end.

Le volume de la chambre

Cons:

Chambre située au dessus des cuisines et du petit déjeuner.
Le cuisinier a regardé des vidéos à fond le soir comme le matin...aucun respect des clients

Pros:

un petit dejeuner super bien . Beaucoup de choix. La propreté des lieux. Un acceuil chaleureux de la part de tout le personnel.

Cons:

Les doubles rideaux qui ne se ferment pas complétement et qui laisse entrer la lumière des reverbéres le soir et le lumière du jour au matin (pas facile de faire une grasse mat'). Le bruit des voisins au dessus.

Good location and overall value
Pros:

We were visiting Cognac for a wedding and had a long stay of 4 nights. Perfect location, near to a supermarket and cafes. Staff were attentive and helpful ( no issue on conversing in English ). Parking on site also made the stay stress free. They also have a free pool/snooker table which is great for some entertainment.
