Jolie escapade beaunoise chez les Templiers !
Pros:

Le personnel est très à l'écoute ! Je remercie Havisha pour tous ses conseils notamment pour les conseils de balades à vélo. Merci à Lilou du petit déjeuner et aux propriétaires Vanessa et Thomas qui ont été très agréables. J'ai pu louer un vélo auprès d'eux pour réaliser une ballade au départ du château, c'était très sympa ! Ils sont de très bons conseils et très avenants, je vous remercie tous les deux.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et diversifié (salé : oeufs brouillés, bacon, charcuteries, fromages, pains et sucré : crêpes, pancakes, madeleines, mini muffins, fruits, etc).
Des serviettes de bains sont à disposition pour utiliser la piscine.
Il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place mais l'offre de snacking, quoiqu'un peu chère (19e environ pour un bocal), est largement suffisante et très agréable. Cela permet de profiter pleinement des espaces et de pouvoir grignoter/boire un verre tranquillement.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet d'être à moins de 10 minutes de Beaune en voiture et des nombreux vignobles autour.

Cons:

La propreté à certains endroits : les joints de la douche, les plinthes mais surtout les sorties d'aération de la climatisation qui n'étaient pas propres.
Le lit double qui est composé de deux lits simples n'était pas très agréable à cause de la jonction en scratch qui attache les deux lits, peut-être rajouter un surmatelas si ce n'est déjà fait, pour éviter l'aspect dur de la jonction.
Pour la piscine, le nombre de transats étant limité (la place ne permet pas d'en mettre plus sinon cela altèrerait le confort des clients) fait qu'ils sont vite tous occupés.
On entend quand même l'autoroute mais seulement dans le jardin et on l'oublie vite.

Ein charmantes Schloßhotel, wir kommen gerne wieder

Ein charmantes, trotz Autobahnnähe ruhig gelegenes Hotel am Rand eines herrlich wilden Waldstückes mit viel Vogelgezwitscher am Morgen und einer sehr gepflegten Poolanlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück für französische Gepflogenheiten gut und reichhaltig. Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war hell, geräumig, das Badezimmer groß, alles hat funktioniert.

Cons:

Das WLAN ist etwas dünn, die Speisen im Bistro sind weit unter dem Hotelniveau und nicht zu empfehlen.

A perfect place to stay near Beaune.
Pros:

This was the second time we stayed at the Chateau. We absolutely love it. The location, breakfast, staff and rooms are all wonderful. We loved renting bikes again to cycle through the vineyards.

Un séjour charmant et reposant dans un cadre élégant et soigné
Pros:

Le château et ses jardins sont magnifiques et invitent véritablement à la détente. La piscine est également très agréable. La chambre, élégante et parfaitement équipée, offre tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit-déjeuner est de grande qualité, et les hôtes sont toujours attentifs afin de rendre l’expérience mémorable. Notre escale au Château de Challanges a grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Beaune.

Cons:

Un léger aléa lié à la nature lors de notre séjour, avec la présence de corneilles / corbeaux à proximité, qui a pu ponctuellement troubler la quiétude des lieux.
