An eclectic hotel in the centre of Baune. The staff made the experience. Very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

The location was amazing. The female staff member sorted changing to an accessible room at short notice. Very much appreciated.

Cons:

Breakfast was crowded and suffered from having only one member of staff doing everything.

Great central location and friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff. Safe, off street parking. Assistance with heavy baggage up to room (no lift as it is an old building). Very well located close to a charming Square nice boutiques and many good restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Lack of air conditioning but the window did open onto a quiet internal courtyard so was able to sleep with a breeze

The location. Beaune seems to be a very small village (or town)anyway but it was nice to be close to all those restaurants and wine shops.

Cons:

There was no elevator, and the stairs were a bit steep; carrying several heavy suitcases up them was a real struggle. The breakfast might have been typically French, but compared to the other hotels I stayed at before and after this one (in Paris, Strasbourg, and Lyon), the selection felt quite limited.
