Categories

Cleanliness
7.2
Rooms repeatedly described as clean and well maintained, but a number of reviews mention bathroom cleanliness issues and some worn flooring/furniture.
Service
7.8
Staff frequently praised as welcoming, friendly and helpful; however there are isolated reports of billing problems, understaffing and at least one comment about untrained personnel.
Location
8.4
Consistently highlighted as a major positive: very close to the train station, central and convenient for sightseeing and families/couples.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious in family rooms and with good beds; some reviews note ageing decor, occasional noise and worn furniture.
Amenities
6.8
Breakfast and basic in-room amenities (kettle) are present, but recurring negatives include no/poor parking information, separate WC without washbasin in one report and multiple mentions of no hot water.
Value for Money
7.6
Many guests consider the hotel good value for the price and reasonable; a minority felt the price did not match the quality.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast is often praised (homemade items, good selection), though some guests complained about stale viennoiseries, limited pastry choices or missing utensils.
Overall Experience
7.6
Overall positive experience driven by location, friendly staff and decent breakfast, tempered by occasional service lapses, hot-water problems and need for some renovation.
