Spa is only available for adults over 18 years old

Our restaurant is closed on 24th and 25th December (every year).

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €25 per day.

Pros:

Tout était parfait le personnel est au top très sympathique les repas top et alors notre serveuse Cynthia plus que compétente un grand bravo à elle pour gentillesse et sa rapidité de gestion de salle ainsi que le garçon de bar pour ses délicieux irishcofee hihihi très bon et agréable séjour je recommande vivement de la part des belges ( je suis sûr qu’il nous reconnaîtront .

Pros:

Wat ons het meest beviel waren de ruime kamers en de moderne badkamer. De rustige ligging was ook top, en we konden onze wagen opladen dankzij de ruime parking met laadmogelijkheden. Het zwembad was een fijne extra, al had het water op de extreem warme dagen iets frisser gemogen. Tot slot was het eten heerlijk en de bediening top.

Cons:

Wat tegenviel waren spinnen en spinnenwebben op de kamer — na navraag bij de receptie bleek dit blijkbaar de bedoeling te zijn dat ze deze laten zitten, wat toch wat vreemd overkwam. Ook vonden we bloed op mijn hoofdkussenovertrek, al werd dit na melding wel meteen vervangen. Verder merkten we dat de ene medewerker al wat behulpzamer en vriendelijker was dan de andere.

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel , la propreté de la chambre, le déjeuner,le restaurant,le Spa,...super rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Le matelas et l'oreiller n'étaient pas confortables.
Il manquait aussi un mini frigo pour les boissons à mettre au frais par cette forte canicule.

Tout. Sauf le fait de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine, car remplie de monde, trop de monde pour la taille de la piscine. De plus en plein cagnard, pas assez de parasol, tout petits, dalles autour de la piscine brûlantes pour les pieds. Moi qui me réjouissais pour piquer une tête. De plus, pas d’ascenseur, moi qui suis venue avec ma maman dd 91 ans, c’est un détail qui avait toute son importance.

Great place, a bit far from Colmar though
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I felt safe as a female solo traveller. It was just what I needed. There was air conditioning that was a blessing in the heat of the summer. The breakfast was also quite good!

They didn’t open the pool
