Our restaurant is closed on 24th and 25th December (every year).

Gemütliches kleines Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich ! Nachdem ich eigentlich ein Zimmer im 2. Stock bekommen hätte, obwohl Booking das Zimmer als Erdgeschosszimmer ausgewiesen hatte, haben sich die Damen an der Rezeption sehr schnell bemüht und Zimmer getauscht, so dass ich ins Erdgeschoss ziehen konnte.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker, der Pool ist zum Erfrischen wunderbar.
Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider ist es in dem Hotel sehr eng und die beschriebene Barrierefreiheit ist im Erdgeschoss zwar da, aber schwierig zu bewältigen.
Der Service am Pool ist leider etwas konfus, man weiß nicht ob man bedient wird, und wann man am Pool Getränke und Snacks bekommt.
Im Spa war nur die Hälfte nutzbar, Whirpool war außerdem defekt.

Pros:

Le restaurant etait d'excellente qualité
L'accueil à l'arrivée très agreable

Cons:

Sauna et spa ne fonctionnaient pas.
Jour du départ, la demoiselle à l’accueil très incorect n'eut même pas la politesse de répondre à notre bonjour

Pros:

Habitué de cet hôtel depuis des années, qui n'a cessé de s'améliorer. Au calme, climatisation, excellent restaurant, piscine sobre et accessible, literie confortable. À quelques km de Colmar si besoin.

Cons:

La réception ferme un peu tôt mais il y a toujours quelqu'un dans le personnel pour aider.

Pros:

Ruhig gelegen in 12 Minuten ist man in colmar. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Poolbereich ist ausreichend und gut gepflegt. Schöne zimmer mit Klimaanlage und modernem Bad

Cons:

Betten sind sehr weich, für uns leider nicht so schön gewesen und kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer

Erholsamer Aufenthalt am Außenpool :)
Pros:

Der Außenpool hatte bei den heißen Temperaturen einen super Erholungseffekt gepaart mit den tollen, großen Bäumen am Gelände. Das Personal am Empfang mehrsprachig - gab uns gute Tipps zu Ausflügen. Parkplätze ausreichen vorhanden sogar mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos :)

Cons:

Hier und da gibt es kleine reparaturbedürftige Stellen.
. Beim Frühstück könnte öfter nachgefüllt werden.

J'ai trouvé dommage que la piscine n'est pas ouverte plus longtemps et que la terrasse qui l'entoure n'est pas soufflée pour que celle-ci soit plus propre, cela éviterait les feuilles dans la piscine .
