Hotel spitze - aber nicht über Booking

Das Booking die Reservierung im Hotel storniert hat!!!
Mir als Kunde wurde dies aber nicht mitgeteilt hat. Laut App hatte ich eine gültige Reservierung.
Das Hotel war zum Zeitpunkt meiner Anreise ausgebucht. Der Kundenservice von Booking reagierte bis heute nicht. Die sehr kompetente Mitarbeiterin des Hotels bekam telefonisch nur die Aussage von Booking dass soll sie jetzt mit uns klären. Uns ging dadurch ein halber Urlaubstag verloren.
Wir bekamen schließlich nur ein Zimmer weil ein anderer Gast nicht amreiste. Dies hat aber nichts mit dem Service von Booking zu tun sondern ist nur dem Hotelpersonal zu verdanken.

Ich weise ausdrücklich darauf hin. Hotel spitze, hat sich super bemüht uns dann doch noch unter zu bekommen.

Fantastic for an overnight pit stop.
Pros:

Really easy to find, as we had just driven up from Lake Garda so we were ‘tired’ so put it mildly. Super clean and modern throughout. An excellent restaurant within the hotel meant we didn’t need to go looking for an evening meal which I would certainly recommend. Lovely staff at reception who gave us both a bottle of water for the next stage of our journey. 24hr fuel station & an excellent boulangerie directly opposite the hotel.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Perfect.

À éviter.. bestiole dans sucrier.. service en salle à revoir

L’accueil ’était agréable, chambre propre. Cependant le petit déjeuner, c’est une autre histoire, personne ne débarrasse les tables .. nous avons mangé sur une table de 4 personnes dont deux places avaient été utilisées et personne n’est jamais venu nous débarrasser de la vaisselle sale qui y était, ni nettoyer la table. il a fallu aussi du temps pour que les autres tables soient enfin débarrassées et ça n’a pas l’air de les déranger …cher payé pour ce que c’est même s’il y a de tout mais viennoiseries surgelées.. trop flagrant, jus d orange dans leur bouteilles d’origine pareil pour le lait : dans sa brique.. une carafe aurait été plus présentable ….et quand mon époux a demandé du sucre fin, la dame lui a donnée un pot à verser et une bestiole est tombée du pot à sucre au moment de verser dans le yaourt (cafard ou perce oreille) nous l’avons montré à la dame du service qui ne s’est même pas excusée ..nous l’avons aussi signalé à la réception lors du check out…. Ce n’est pas admissible.. autant vous dire qu’on a arrêté de manger, avons procédé au check out et sommes reparti …on est loin de l hôtel Europe que nous avons connu à l’époque.. c’est dommage .. pas sûre d oublier cet incident un peu répugnant
