Wunderschöner Ort in historischen Ensemble
Pros:

Das ist ein wunderbarer, ruhiger Ort inmitten des Trubels. Das ganze Ensemble ist liebevoll, hochwertig und geschmackvoll restauriert.
Die Suite 64 ist traumschön.
Der Innenhof ist eine echte Ruheoase. Dort das tolle Frühstück zu genießen ist ein toller Start in den Tag.

Charming hotel, great location, lovely courtyard
Pros:

Hotel in a strategic location, right at the start of the old town but still easy to reach by car. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the station, or a short cab ride. Beautifully kept property: the room, furnishings and details are all of excellent quality. The charming inner courtyard is a lovely spot to stop for a drink. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Very little, honestly. We had booked a Deluxe and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a suite (room 401), which was a nice gesture and much appreciated. The only thing is that the suite is a top-floor attic with sloping ceilings, and being tall I managed to bump my head more than once. A quick heads-up at check-in would have been enough for me to decide whether to take the upgrade or stay in the room I had booked. For two nights, and with the hotel clearly busy, it didn't feel worth asking to move. It would have been a 10 otherwise: lovely room, just worth knowing about if you're on the tall side.

Perfect location for the centre of the old town of Colmar with many bars and restaurants within short walk.
Pros:

The Excellent air conditioning was a bonus in the extreme heat when the temperatures were exceeding 40 degrees in June. A good central location.

Cons:

Our telephone in the room was not working so we were unable to contact reception should we require anything. The main reception was actually across the road from our room in a separate building.
