Pros:

Vänlig hjälpsam personal, hotellet var fräscht och välstädat, läget var väldigt bra och vi trivdes med vårt rum och våra sängar, frukosten hade allt och det finns absolut inget att klaga på, parkering har dom inte men det finns ett jättebra parkeringshus 7 minuters promenad från hotellet som kostar 3 Eur per natt där stod bilen säkert och bra. hit skulle jag kunna åka igen utan tvekan.

Utterly delightful hotel & staff.
Pros:

Reception was excellent. Location was perfect. The hotel was wonderfully refurbished to a very high standard with a nice communal courtyard. Breakfasts delicious.

ACHTUNG bei der Garage. Extrem eng und mit PKW aktueller Größe nahezu nicht nutzbar. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel kosten ebenfalls 35€/Tag und sind ebenso sicher. Klare Empfehlung gegen die hauseigene Garage. Personal, vor allem die Tagesdienstleiterin die bei uns anwesend war, unwahrscheinlich arrogant und unfreundlich. Der Rest des Personals weitestgehend gut wenngleich ein seltsames Flair über allem liegt. Zimmer, Standard in unserem Fall, sehr beengt, zu heiß, Klimaanlage bläst direkt auf den Kopfteil des Bettes. Frühstücksraum der als das Highlight gepriesen wird ist ebenfalls deutlich zu beengt und für die Gästezahl ungeeignet, speziell im Buffetbereich. Kostenausweis vor dem Hotel gibt für die aktuelle Saison (Mai/Juni) €500 pro Nacht an, im Zimmer sogar €800…für das Standardzimmer wohlgemerkt. Das ist blanke Abzocke für die gebotene Gegenleistung. Daher eine glasklare Sache. Sucht euch eine andere Bleibe in oder nahe bei Colmar. Das geht in jedem Fall um Welten besser.

Well located hotel right in the heart of "Little Venice" easy walking to shops, restaurants and attractions. Cheerful, helpful staff.

Cons:

Pricey breakfast and cocktails/snacks, but easy enough to head out into Colmar with plenty of other choices.

I think hotel is overrated. It is a good location but higilty pigilty scatter of rooms makes reservation location a crap

Unclear on what one is booking as rooms are different and quite scattered. 30 euro car ride to train station arranged by hotel excessive considering it’s a short 10 minute walk. Asked for taxi but car offered up by hotel staff was I believe at an excessive rate for a very short ride.
