gute Lage für unser Anliegen

Cons:

Zimmer auf Strassenseite nicht so toll, da sehr laut bei offenem fenster. Zimmer sehr heiss. Wetterbedingt.
Frühstück könnte besser sein.

De kamer was klein en zonder airco werd het er ontzettend warm. Er stond wel een ventilator maar dat was niet genoeg.

Pros:

Het personeel was super aardig, en er was veel to onze beschikking. De ventilator was een fijne toevoeging voor het warme weer. De kamer was voor de rest ook helemaal prima. De locatie was ook top, ongeveer 10 minuten lopen en je was al in het oude centrum van Colmar.

Run away from this terrible hotel!

Nothing! The only positive thing was the receptionist, I even feel bad for him having such bad managers (hotel owners)

Cons:

e fan was absolutely not sufficient for the hot temperatures that weekend, I reported feeling sick and dizzy, and my dog was suffocating. We would like to leave because it was not safe to our health to stay there, they refuse to give a refund (EVEN FOR THE SECOND NIGHT - WE WERE LEAVING BEFORE THE FIRST NIGHT). Everything was by phone, I invited them to come over and check the situation by themselves, which they also refused to do so. Without any alternative solution provided they were absolutely rude and we had to leave without a refund, paying for something that we didn’t use. There are MANY other hotels with much better conditions (newer, closer to the city center, more spacious and modern, with AC), even for a better price. I regret I haven’t seen them before.

Besides all this terrible situation, I would like also to point out that the pictures don’t reflect the real thing. They are treated with better lighting and good photographer for sure. The real room is very small, dark, and old, very disappointing.
