Posizione eccezionale, camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, personale disponibilissimo.

Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et disponible.
Ils y a eu un petit incident de nuisibles dans la chambre réservée, la réception a immédiatement réagit et nous a surclassé sans frais supplémentaires et nous avons même eu droit à un excellent crémant d’Alsace offert 😅

La posizione dell’hotel, molto vicino al centro di Colmar
Camera troppo buia, abbiamo preso la suite al 3 piano, camera molto grande ma poco arieggiata. Un giorno non ci hanno rassettato la camera, ne’ fatto il cambio dei teli doccia, nonostante gli avessimo lasciati in terra per il cambio
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, on peut tout faire à pieds. Tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré a été charmant et très accueillant. Avec ma fille, on s'est senties à l'aise et très bien reçues.
La chambre était très grande, c'était parfait.
Les lits étaient très confortables. La télé est immense. Café, thé et eau offerts dans la chambre.
La climatisation dans la chambre est fort appréciable.
Il y avait une mauvaise odeur, persistante, dans la chambre. Certainement les rideaux et la moquette auraient ils besoin d'un bon shampooignage. Nous avons constaté des tâches blanches sur le couvre lit, les rideaux, le fauteuil du bureau.
Les joints de la douche nécessiteraient d'être changés et un peu plus de pression dans la douche serait appréciable (surtout lorsqu'il faut laver des cheveux longs).
Nous avons été un peu déçues par la piscine qui est vraiment petite et sans réel intérêt, à part de "barboter". Il n'y a pas d'horloge dans l'espace piscine, c'est gênant.
Le petit déjeuner est très cher pour ce qui est proposé (22 euros)
Globalement prix trop élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées.
