Comfortable hotel with great French perks: a pool, huge garden, and terrific staff—and a bilingual parrot!
Pros:

There was a nice pool, a lovely garden, and a talky parrot who asked you your name and told you “Bon journee” as you left. Best, though, was the terrific staff, especially the manager Philippe who was helpful, warm and funny. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation, the best meal of our trip!

Cons:

Our original room was quite small, but we were upgraded the next night to a superior room, which was spacious and comfortable.

Gutes Frühstück. Auch Abendessen fein. Suite erhalten. Gross mit neuem Bad mit Dusche und Jacuzzi.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten etwas seltsam, komische Nischenparkplätze. Toreinfahrt schwierig. Es öffnet sich nur die Hälfte des Tors. Man muss quer auf der Strasse stehen, um einigermassen gut positioniert zu sein. Mit Gepäck etwas weiter Weg zum Empfang.

La stanza ampia, accogliente, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, il bagno curatissimo con doccia e grande vasca idromassaggio, il ricco buffet a colazion, il parcheggio interno comodo e molto conveniente, la posizione a pochi passi dal centro storico e raggiungibile agevolmente dall'autostrada. Consigliatissimo!
