De locatie, direct bij snelweg

Het restaurant was echt om te huilen. Alles wat maar fout kon gaan ging en was fout. Prijs / kwaliteit totaal uit balans.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die aber zentral gesteuert wird. Das Personal ist in der Regel freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel entspricht aus unserer Sicht in keinster Weise einem 4-Sterne Hotel. Wichtig zu wissen wäre auch, dass sich das Hotel im Einflugbereich des Flughafens Basel/Mulhousen befindet. Mit Beeinträchtigungen ist zu rechnen.
Die Zimmer in der Kategorie "Deluxe Doppelzimmer" sind mit 17m² viel zu klein für 2 Personen.
Im Hotel wird viel junges Personal eingesetzt, was wir sehr positiv finden. Es fehlt aber die ordnente Hand von Fachpersonal (siehe Frühstück)
Abendessen: Essen wie Gott in Frankreich haben wir nicht erlebt. Die angebotenen Gerichte klingen gut, sind in der Regel reichlich, der Einsatz von Gewürzen würde die meisten Gerichte aber wesentlich verbessern. Preis und Qualität passen meist nicht zusammen. Zwei Beispiele: Wenn ich im Elsass Melone mit Seranoschinken anbiete (warum nicht ein regionales Produkt), dann sollte einer der wesentlichen Bestandteile der Vorspeise dann auch Seranoschinken sein. Wenn man ein Angus Steak anbietet, dann sollte es im Restaurant ein Stück Fleisch sein, welches beste Qualität aufweist und nur in geringen Maße von Sehnen durchzogen ist. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren mindestens 2 Gerichte aus der aktuellen Karte gar nicht erhältlich.
Der Service im Restaurant am Abend ist in der Regel gut. Sobald das Restaurant voll ist wird man in Abhängigkeit seines Sitzplätzen gern mal übersehen. Wir hätten an manchem Abend gern noch ein Dessert gegessen oder einen Kaffee getrunken! Wenn man darauf dann warten oder sich aktiv zum Personal an der Bar bewegen muss, bin ich dazu nicht bereit.
Frühstück: Das Frühstücksbuffet war während unseres Aufenthaltes chaotisch organisiert. Es fehlt eine ordnende Hand. Bei vielen Frühstücksgästen werden die angebotenen Speisen nicht rechtzeitig oder gar nicht nachgefüllt, Tassen für Kaffee, Saft und Rührei mussten wir mehrfach aktiv nachgefragen. Tische werden nicht gleich abgeräumt und für weitere Gäste hygienisch vorbereitet.

Das dazugehörige Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen mit einem guten Service.

Cons:

Wenn ein Bus mit Reisegruppe im Hotel übernachtet, kann das Frühstück ziemlich unruhig werden.

Le soucis c'est la douche dans la chambre qui n'est pas accessible à des personnes de fortes corpulences.

La spa et le petit-déjeuner étaient bien.coin tranquille, place de parc derrière l’hôtel super pratique. Le personnel franchement super top et gentils. Très compétents et tj disponible.
