A Lovely Hotel in Srasbourg.
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Beaucour for 4 nights in a suite. It was quite nice with a lot of room. The hotel is very well situated and quiet. The old town was very close and really everything worth seeing was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Strasbourg.

Pros:

We loved this hotel.
We loved the location and the surrounding area.
Our room was very spacious and the modern bathroom was fabulous. Two showers! And lots of mirrors and bright lighting.
The tram stop to get to and from the train station was very close.
If we go back to Strasbourg we would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The castle hotel has a long history and a beautiful environment, but getting around is a bit inconvenient.

Great location but poor amenities
Pros:

Staff was super nice and accommodating. We had multiple issues and they tried helping us as good as possible

Cons:

We hit a heatwave and the AC was absolutely not working as expected. We initially received a room at the top floor with a room temperature of 29C.
After complaining, we were kindly moved to another room with a room temperature of 25C - much better but still not good enough when travelling with kids (one of which a baby).
Additionally, in the evening, the room was full of flies (like 15-20 flies) which came in through the ventilation, I assume, since all windows were closed.

We had to leave the hotel late at night as the kids couldn't sleep in the heat.

Incredible staff
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. What stood out the most was their remarkable flexibility when I needed to make a last-minute change. Instead of treating it as a problem, they did everything possible to accommodate my request quickly and seamlessly.

It’s rare to find a team so genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. Their professionalism, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay stress-free and enjoyable. Thanks to them, I felt truly valued as a guest. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

Cons:

When I made a reservation at Booking.com, there was an on-site payment condition for the hotel, but the payment was made right away at the time of reservation.
The air conditioner in the room made big noises, I couldn't go to bed until 11 o'clock at night while they fix it.
