Pros:

Personnel très gentil. Parking en sous-sol bien pratique !

Cons:

1) La déco. La chambre (301) est peinte et décorée en vert-de-gris foncé et noir. C'est design et récent, mais c'est sinistre ! Et ca donne l'impression que la chambre est petite. Dans un hôtel, il faut de la clarté et de la gaité.
2) L'insonorisation insuffisante. On entend le bruit de la rue, les tramways (très bruyants), les passants. Et de l'autre côté du mur les voisins. Donc tout ça ne vaut pas 170 € la nuit, ne mérite pas quatre étoiles.

Convenient, clean and comfortable central location.
Pros:

The location was amazing - so close to the centre but also close to the motorway. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The garage was a squeeze to get it but we managed to park ok. A convenient and comfortable stop over and an easy way to see the city.

Cons:

The parking was a little stressful but we knew that from reading the other reviews. Other than that all great!

No hay enchufes junto a las camas y el desayuno es caro para lo que ofrece. El parking es demasiado estrecho, decidí aparcar fuera.

Amplitud habitación y comodidad cama.

Cons:

Un día no nos hicieron la habitación. Al reclamarlo en recepción, el personal nos indicó que, supuestamente, habíamos dicho a la persona encargada de la limpieza que no era necesario hacerla. Esto no es cierto.

Además, la mujer encargada de hacer las habitaciones llamó a una de nosotras a las 8:55 h. Intentó preguntarnos algo, pero no lográbamos entenderla. No hablaba inglés y le indicamos que no la entendíamos.

Aunque hubiera podido tratarse de una confusión debida al idioma, consideramos que el personal del hotel debería haber sabido gestionar la situación y ofrecer una solución adecuada. Sin embargo, no supieron resolver el problema ni aclarar lo sucedido.

O Hotel necessita de reforma no quarto, ficamos no 303 que tinha cheiro de mofo devido ao carpete do quarto. O pequeno almoço também pode ser melhorado.
