Lovely hotel,very friendly staff, great location.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok, everything was nice and fresh, the choices were ok but would've liked more cereals & fresh berries. There were a lot of cakes but not a very big selection of pastries.
Hotel staff were very friendly, hotel was clean & modern and the location was great, right across from the main railway station & a short walk into the City.

Cons:

The aircon worked but with an intermittent loud buzzing noise which meant we didnt sleep too
well. In the end, we had to knock it off and suffer the heat.
We notified reception and they promised to send a technician but the problem, unfortunately wasnt resolved.

Only downside was bathroom in standard room was very small.

Schickes Boutique Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage und sehr nettem Personal
Pros:

Super zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Zimmer zum Hof empfehlenswert. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal.

Cons:

Die Dusche lief nicht richtig ab und flutete das Badezimmer. Die Betten sind sehr fest

Tolles Hotel, tolles Personal
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage Nähe Bahnhof und dennoch sehr ruhig auch Nachts. Personal sehr freundlich.
Frühstück sehr gut. Wird vom Personal aufmerksam aufgefüllt und arrangiert.
Wasserspender in der Lobby.

Cons:

Die Bewegungsmelder für das Licht in den fensterlosen Gängen schalten spät. Ist dann selbst tagsüber unangenehm Dunkel.

exactly what we needed and thank you very much for a great stay
Pros:

perfect location near the train station and even better it was bike friendly - we loved the eco friendliness - we will definately make this our go to hotel in Strasbourg.

A Charming Stay in Strasbourg
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The food was of excellent quality, with many delicious homemade options. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very cozy, and we loved its warm atmosphere, especially the charming library where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The rooms were comfortable and made for a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only downside was that the bathroom in our room was quite small and felt a bit cramped.
