Cok kotu bir deneyim

Otel merkezi bir konumda, kahvaltisi iyi calisanlar nazik ve guleryuzlu. Yatak iyiydi ve nevresim takimi temizdi.

Kaldigimiz odaya 4.kattaki asansorden inince dik bir merdivenden cikiliyor. Bu kata asansor ulasimi yok. Oda cati katinda ve icinde tum alan yamuk yumuktu, banyoda bulunan kuvette dus alabilmek icin akrobatik hareketler yalpmak gerekti. Dus basliginin uzerindeki kaplamalar elime batti, kardesim ve esinin kalydigi odada kardesim dus yaparken yerdeki bir kaplamanin uzerindeki parca ayak basprmagini kesti. Yani odedihim patanin karsiligini kesinlikle alamadim ve cok kotu bir konaklama deneyimi yasadim.Booking.com saniyorum daha cok komisyon alabilmek adina bizim nerede yattigimizla ilgilenmiyor.

Mal commencé mais mieux ensuite

Emplacement correct, literie convenable, petit déjeuner très bien.
Personnel très sympathique (responsable, réceptionniste et personnel de salle)

Cons:

Chambre non faite à notre arrivée à plus de 18h. Problème avec la société de nettoyage. La pauvre standardiste a dû faire elle même la chambre car plus de disponibilité.
Assiette de vieilles viennoiseries au salon + miettes sur les canapés. Alarme incendie du RDC cassée (problème connu mais difficulté à obtenir le passage d’un réparateur).
Chambre réservée car filtre parking sauf qu’il y a 10 places de parking pour 45 chambres et parking payant 20€ la journée.
Donc envoyés à un parking municipal.
Rendez-vous le vendredi soir donc pas la possibilité de se poser et de prendre une douche.

Gut für eine Nacht und Wochenendtrip

An diesem Hotel besticht die Lage. Zu Fuß ist man schnell an den schönsten Plätzen und Orten !
Für 20 Euro bekommt man einen Stellplatz in einem Parkhaus direkt um die Ecke.

Cons:

Auch wenn die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ausgeschaltet ist, gibt es ein Dauerrauschen aus dem Klimasystem im Hotel.
Zimmer nach hinten raus auf hässlichen Innenhof mit Parkplatz, auf dem auch Klimageräte krach machen. Fenster aufmachen nachts ist unmöglich.

El deterioro, y lo mal que estaba todo, el aire acondicionado goteaba y la moqueta estaba empapada. La ducha no tragaba agua. Nos cambiaron de habitación y no goteaba el aire pero estaba forrado con algo y la gota se escuchaba igual. El secador no funcionaba

Fine for a night, and one of the best breakfasts on our trip.
Pros:

Great location (easy walking distances), secure parking, excellent breakfast and friendly, accommodating staff. Nice public areas.

Cons:

Our room generally, and the bathroom in particular, need updating for this price point. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit had a leak and couldn’t be used.

Ideal für einen entspannten Kurztrip - ein charmantes Hotel
Pros:

Das Bett war mit einer sehr guten Matratze ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage hat ebenfalls bestens funktioniert.
Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, ein Parkhaus ist knapp 300m entfernt, für uns die beste Lage Straßburg zu Fuß zu erkunden!

Cons:

Es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können, man sieht, dass das Hotel etwas älter ist.
Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht weltbewegend.
