Top Lage, sehr Hundefreundlich und sehr sauber!
Pros:

Absolute zentrale Lage, Parkhaus vor der Tür, kostet aber etwas.
Was ein absolutes Highlight war, das unsere zwei Fellnasen so willkommen waren .
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder?

Perfect location, comfortable room and wonderful staff
Pros:

This hotel is in an ideal location, between the canals and the cathedral. The bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet, and the shower is excellent.
The front desk staff is friendly, and Sara is outstanding. She took time when welcoming us to be sure that we had all of the Strasbourg information we might need, and she gave us an excellent lunch recommendation.

4星？？？スタッフ無能。

窓が綺麗ならば夜景も綺麗

Cons:

このホテルのジュニアスイートに2泊1人で宿泊。
1. 地上からのアクセスしか出来ないのだがエントランスの周辺入り口付近がとても汚い、ゴミだらけ。
部屋の内窓は手垢でいっぱいです、交換して欲しい汚れたタオルをまとめおいておいたら、汚れたタオルを又、かけられていた。ガラスのひとつのコップには歯磨き粉が付いたまま、二日目の清掃はかなり手を抜いている印象。

2. 連日30℃の暑さなのに、エアコンがほぼ、きかない。
問い合わせたら、扇風機を使ってとのこと、えっ？？クラシカルなホテルなら分かる！けど、新しいホテルなのに何故？？夏はオススメしません。

3. 冷蔵庫が壊れていて何度も問い合わせたが、明日、交換か修理するとか、次の日は、これから確認するとか、フロント間でも全く共有されてなく、夕方、部屋に戻って、冷蔵庫は壊れたままで、この後確認しますから、全くのアクションなく。詐欺です。
私は一度も冷たい飲み物が飲めず、買っておいたハムも食べる気にもならない。

もう二度と泊まりたくないホテルです。リヨンでの旅が台無しです。アジア人だから、差別された？かもです。

Bien placé et tout confort !
Pros:

À quelques pas de la place de la Cathédrale, cet hôtel est propre et calme, idéal pour découvrir Strasbourg en toute tranquillité. Je recommande vivement !

Todo en general, a escasos 80 metros de la catedral de Notre Dame, atención de las recepcionistas buenísima, muy amables e intentando entendernos en español, habitación súper cómoda y limpia, repetiré si vuelvo a Strasburgo.

Solid clean hotel in an old historic building good location
Pros:

The property was relatively close to some of the major plazas, the staff were helpful. The rooms are clean.

Cons:

The rooms were a little small, even an upgraded room, the breakfast was average, but relatively expensive compared to other European four star hotel breakfasts there were no face towels, and the bathroom amenities were limited

Situation de l’hôtel près de la Cathédrale de Strasbourg, grande chambre confortable et calme.

Cons:

Peut être les rideaux qui ne sont pas à 100 pour cent hermétiques et qui laissent passer la lumière. Mais pour le reste c’était parfait.
