Locatie, comfort. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Dichte deur savonds, geen reactie personeel op bel of telefoon. Geen mogelijkheid om met pasje of sleutel deur te openen.

La colazione, poca scelta e dolci del giorno prima. Ho dovuto sollecitare l'invio della ricevuta. Camera deluxe abbastanza confortevole, ma al piano strada, con accesso diretto all'ingresso e alla sala colazione.

Central location, lovely staff
Pros:

Booked a night last minute during the heatwave so we had air conditioning! This worked perfectly, also the staff were lovely and welcoming, the check out time was a generous 12 noon and the location is very central. Considering we checked in at 3 on the same day we booked, the rate was very reasonable.

Cons:

Would have been good to have a TV guide/instructions as we only got some channels working.

Midden in het centrum
Pros:

Het ligt midden in het centrum. Personeel was aardig.

Cons:

Wij hadden eerst een andere kamer dan we hadden geboekt, op deze kamer was de bij aankomst de airco stuk. Na enig aandringen kregen we de kamer die we hadden geboekt maar ook daar was de airco stuk (42 graden buiten en zolderkamer). Daar werd een portable airco gezet (met raam open) die veel geluid maakte (zittend naast elkaar kon je elkaar slecht verstaan). We waren er voor 1 nachtje wat het niet heel erg maakte maar ideaal was het niet.

Great location and the staff was really helpful. The room was big also.

Cons:

It seems there were some cat hairs on one of the pillow and there is a night club blasting loud music during the weekend next to the hotel. It's not super loud but we can feel the bass.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub an einem zentralen Innenstadtort. Gerne wieder
Pros:

Die unmittelbare Lage zum Gutenbergplatz und damit zentral zu den wesentlichen Besuchspunkten ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist als kontinentales Frühstück ausgelegt. Mehrere Wurst- und Käsesorten, Eierspeisen, unterschiedliche Brot- und Gebäcksorten, Säfte, Tee, Kaffee werden angeboten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Wir waren eine Grupe zu fünft. Zwei Zimmer befanden sich in der 5. Etage. Hier haben Menschen, die etwas größer sind, etwas Schwierigkeiten, bequem zu duschen. Ansonsten ist nichts zu beanstanden. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr gut.
