Mooi verblijf in het centrum van Troyes
Pros:

Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt, alles schoon. Personeel was vriendelijk. De locatie, in het centrum van Troyes, is top!

Goede uitgangspunt om stad te verkennen

Zeer goede ligging

Cons:

Communicatie: 1ste dag geen ontbijt beschikbaar, doorverwezen naar bakker recht tegenover hotel. Bakker echter gesloten die dag.
Laatste dag geen nieuwe code gekregen van parkeergarage. Stonden dus voor gesloten deur. Na klacht van geen warm water en airco die niet werkte, andere goede kamer toegewezen gekregen.

Heerlijk hotel in centrum van de stad.
Pros:

Zeer degelijk hotel met centrale ligging in de stad. Gereserveerde ruime parking vlakbij. Moderne kamers en perfecte badkamer.

Le petit déjeuner sauve la note
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel: magnifique, plein centre à 2 pas des différents points d'attraction.
Le personnel est professionnel et aimable.
La chambre: bien insonorisée, la taille est petite sans doute comme beaucoup de maisons d'époques. Le lit était confortable et la douche offre une bonne pression d'eau très agréable.
Le garage est pratique même si éloigné de l'hôtel. Attention toutefois à le demander avant votre venue car le nombre de places est inférieur au nombre de chambres.

Enfin le petit déjeuner est excellent et fait la part belle aux produits régionaux, bravo!

Cons:

Le wifi qui bénéficie pourtant d'une excellente note est...déplorable. Il ne fut disponible que la première soirée. Ensuite sous prétexte que l'hôtel était plein, il fut impossible de se connecter. Le personnel a fait de son mieux mais le souci technique ne fut pas réglé pour autant.

L'équipement pour un 4* est moyen: pas de bonnet de douche, pas de porte savon sur le lavabo, et la largeur de la penderie est insuffisante: les vêtement doivent être rangés de biais pour pouvoir la fermer.

Enfin l'espace bien-être est minuscule, et le prix des massages est exorbitant (certes dépendant des prix pratiqués par votre partenaire Nuxe)
