Fabulous food and wine and good service.
Pros:

A favourite when visiting Champagne. We stayed 1 night this time. Very comfortable and a fabulous dinner.

Cons:

Only one arm chair in the bedroom. Come on. The room is designed for two !!!!

Nice enough but needs updating
Pros:

We stayed a night here . We were warmly welcomed with a glass of champagne and some delicious madeleines in our room!
The room was very small and the bathroom even more . There is no space to put any toiletry bag or other !The room is quite dark and decor a bit dull .But there is a decent safe and good tea and coffee making facilities and it was overlooking the garden so quiet.
The decor in the bar area is lovely but the rest of the hotel is dated especially the restaurant area with dirty carpets and cheep furniture
The indoor pool was decent but again showing signs of wear . I had a lovely massage in the spa which was nice .
Food in the evening in the restaurant was good but nothing special but good value
Breakfast was good with decent breads and pastries
A bit disappointing for a Relais et chateaux as would not say it is a five star
But the staff were lovely. The hotel just needs some refinement

Uitstekend hotel om Champagnestreek te verkennen.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De extra service 's avonds was heel aangenaam. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid maar iets meer variatie in kaas en vlees zou het nog beter maken. Het eten was zeer lekker, maar geen uitgebreide kaart in de Bistrot. De Alcôve was super. Ondanks de hevige hittegolf was het aangenaam verblijven dankzij goed afgestelde airco's.

Cons:

De bar is leuk, maar eerder prijzig.

Good location for touring Champagne
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location for visiting the great Champagne houses of Epernay. The grounds are magnificent, and have sweet gardens and a good small walking trail.
Staff was very helpful and the concierge was tremendous.
We ate at the restaurant twice and it was good. There are other places in the area, though, that we discovered that were preferable.
Our rooms, in the basement next to the pool, were clean but tiny. My room had a very smelly bathroom, which I’m guessing was a result of the room location.
Overall it was a good stay, if a bit overpriced.

Pros:

La bâtisse de l'hôtel a beaucoup de charme, entourée de vignes, avec un jardin agréable.
Le personnel est aux petits soins, avec le sourire.
Notre suite "Champagne" est assez spacieuse et accueillante.
La piscine est agréable, propre et entretenue régulièrement.
Une mention particulière pour les deux barmen et la responsable du Bistro qui sont très aimables et efficaces.

Cons:

Le service de nettoyage de la suite n'était pas toujours au mieux de sa forme...
Notre suite donnait sur les parties techniques de l'hôtel, lesquelles sont assez bruyantes.
Le nettoyage des vitres de l'hôtel, surtout dans la salle du Bistro, laisse fortement à désirer.
Les cartes des restaurants sont assez limitées au niveau du choix des plats. Pour un "étoilé" Michelin, ce n'est pas acceptable et n'incite pas à la réservation.
