Beautiful hotel, awful staff, need a car as in the middle of nowhere
Pros:

Beautiful place, very comfortable and airy room, and excellent Green credentials. Pool smaller than it seems in the pics but still clean and warm

Cons:

Check in was 3. Got there in time, had to wait 45 minutes to get into the room. Had to keep asking if the room was ready, when it was finally ready they just shrugged. Also the shuttle bus to Disney stops at 12 and starts at 5, if you don’t have transport you have no choice but to get a cab. Do Not get a cab from the station, use Uber or a trusted source, cabbies at the station will try to rip you off. There are no shops within walking distance, and the menu is very limited, especially if you have any other requirements other than meat.

What a great hotel
Pros:

Wonderful. This place is a gem. Friendly, welcoming, comfortable, old-fashioned in a good way. I've stayed in more modern but charscterless Lille hotels. Hotel de la Paix is a real treat. Everything you need in your room, lovely little landings with seating, the nicest of staff. Character and a proper human touch. Very nice location. Best place I've stayed in ages.

Lovely hotel with charming atmosphere
Pros:

Great location in the heart of everything .The room was spacious with beautiful paintings on the walls separated toilet .The bathroom was spacious with bath and a shower over the bath .clean towels if you wanted every day . Tea ,coffee ,milk kettle provided .Breakfast was lovely nice choice. Staff very friendly and helpful .

Great location for families
Pros:

Bathroom and fittings of kitchen were very good bedroom lovely and good TV.

Cons:

Handing key back and forth getting mixed short service sometimes. Not sure how secure having key out at checkin desk is.

Comfortable hotel with a short walk to the train station made for easy travel and transfers.
Pros:

We had to leave very early to catch a train but the staff made sure that there was breakfast available for us so we wouldn't have to travel on an empty stomach. It's these little kindnesses that are long remembered.

Un très bon rapport qualité prix en plein centre ville
Pros:

L'emplacement était top. Il y avait un ventilateur, des moustiquaires aux fenêtres et une prise anti-moustiques. Il n'y avait pas de bruit alors que c'est en plein centre ville. J'ai beaucoup aimé la déco et le style de l'escalier 🤩

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré mais c'est déjà très bien.

Fijn verblijf
Pros:

Charmant hotel, het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goed verzorgd ontbijt.
We hadden een kamer op de bovenste verdieping zonder airco. Nu was het niet meer zo warm en was het 's nachts prima te doen met het raam (met hor ervoor) open en de ventilator aan (bijna niet te horen op stand 1). Het hotel ligt in voetgangersgebied dus lekker rustig 's nachts.

Cons:

De lamp boven de wastafelspiegel zou wel wat feller mogen zijn.
