Sfeervol hotel, centrale locatie 5 minuten van het station

Cons:

Jammer dat de mooie stijl op de gang niet is doorgetrokken in de kamers, die zijn wat saai

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la place centrale. L’ambiance est toutefois un peu kitsch, que ce soit au niveau de l’immeuble, de l’intérieur ou de la décoration.

Cons:

L’hôtel est agréable dans l’ensemble, mais la décoration intérieure des chambres est un peu vieillotte. Le petit déjeuner est, compte tenu du prix, assez peu fourni. Quant au buffet, il y a vraiment très peu de choix.

Pros:

Very helpful staff, location was perfect, plus it had a lift.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited and strangely delivered. Our ned wasn't particularly comfortable. .

Emplacement exceptionnel. Chambre propre et confortable. Personnel sympathique et serviable.
J'ai pu bénéficier d'un emplacement de parking dès mon arrivée jusqu'à mon départ, à 500m de l'hôtel.

Bien situé mais l’absence de parking est un problème.

Cons:

Le parking qui était indiqué alors qu’il n’y en a pas.
Le temps perdu à trouvé l’établissement. Après 8h de route, on a pas envie de passer 30 minutes supplémentaires à chercher l’établissement.

Très joli hôtel avec une décoration particulièrement soignée. L'escalier est magnifique.
Les chambres sont belles, fonctionnelles et très calmes.
Gentillesse de tout le personnel
Emplacement idéal au centre de Lille

Cons:

Un peu difficile de se garer à proximité, il vaut mieux aller au parking souterrain

Nous sommes venus pour la braderie de Lille sur 2 jours, hôtel centre ville atypique de la région
Pros:

Le personnel accueillant, nous avons pu avoir les clés à notre arrivée ce que nous avons apprécié, les horaires d'ouverture 24h/24h, l'hôtel est situé en plein centre ville pas loin de la gare pour la braderie c'est top, la propreté de la chambre aucun souci, pour la salle de bain çà reste assez ancien, on aurait préféré une chambre qui donne directement sur la rue (ce que nous demanderons lors d'un prochain séjour) celle que nous avions donnait sur les toits.

Cons:

Petit souci avec le flexible de douche qui a été signalé (notre demande a été prise en compte)

Cons:

I have been in more comfortable places, and the rooms are small, but that didn't matter as it was just me rather than travelling with a partner, and the vibe and location were lovely.
