Parfait
Pros:

Un joli hôtel « à l’ancienne » avec une présence H24 à l’accueil. Ça change des grandes chaînes impersonnelles. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. L’emplacement est top à 5 mn de la gare, 2 mn de la place centrale et des boutiques et restaurants. Les nuits ont été calmes et paisibles. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil !

Perfekt hotell
Pros:

Centralt, jättefint rum, sköna sängar. Rummet kändes nyrenoverat. Gullig liten frukostbricka.

Pros:

Mooi hotel op toplocatie. Echt midden in het prachtige centrum. Mooie (beetje kleine) kamer, ruime badkamer en wc apart. Hotel is mooi ingericht. Heel vriendelijk personeel. We mochten onze fietsen binnen zetten. Korting op de parkeergarage.

Cons:

In de kamer was het wel vrij warm terwijl het buiten redelijk koel was. Er is op de kamer geen airco of ventilator. Dat is wel een puntje van aandacht.l

The hotel is rather tired.

The advertised minbar was missing. Breakfast was included. However, eggs and other elements were available at additional cost (this wasn’t made clear beforehand).

Utmärkt läge- Bra hotell och personal
Pros:

Allting bra enligt förväntningar.
Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen.
Utmärkt läge (centrum är värt att se)

Cons:

Saknar A/C i sovrum ( var 35 C denna dag som är mycket ovanligt för Lille).
Vi kom en lördag eftermiddag. Det fanns soptunnor (en del var överfylla) i centrum och de hämtades bara kl 20 när alla var på restaurang! Frågade om det hade hänt något men svar blev att det är alltid så. Inget bra för Lille!

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location. Our room faced a very quiet street. Very comfortable room. Has a lift. Staff were very good. Breakfast was basic but very enjoyable. The hotel had a lovely warm feel. Would definately stay again.

That there was no air conditioning. The fan worked well.
