Great location. Food was very good both dinner and breakfast.
Room was on top floor. Quite hot even though not heatwave weather but ok. Didn’t use the supplied fan.

The location was pleasant
There was no cot setup in the room on arrival despite pre-arranging this, I had to ask for it. We booked two connecting rooms and on arrival they appeared to be to completely separate rooms. After enquiring, the staff told us there was a key to lock the corridor door, again not setup, but they couldn’t find it and would try to locate it which they eventually did after dinner. The rooms were in the attic and small so extremely, uncomfortably hot during the heatwave. No air conditioning and only one small desk fan. A second was provided when I complained about it being dangerously hot for our baby and toddler. We were told there was no alternative rooms available. We all had to shower and go to sleep in wet towels, I also had to move the bed in front of the window. The attic windows were also unsafe for small children. We were not greeted for breakfast so decided to leave despite pre-paying. We also weren’t asked how our stay was when we checked out. This was an incredibly disappointing stay. So much so we considered looking for alternatives late evening but with no luck. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it was poorly managed.

The location. I stayed in this hotel with my partner 8 years ago and I thought I could treat my parents to a nice hotel in Ducey to visit Normandy.
Rooms were not properly clean, and the smell in my room was unbearable. I asked for a change and they told me that the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. We decided to cut our visit short and book elsewhere for the second night as we were not going to spend more time there.
Le cadre, la vue de la chambre. La fontaine à eau en période de canicule. Le grand choix de fromages au petit déjeuné. La propreté de la chambre sauf sols des parties communes très tachées.
La qualité des produits proposés au petit déjeuner et bien moyenne sauf fromages. Certains membres du personnel pas très agréable surtout au petit déjeuner. N’apprécie pas les remarques pourtant fondées. La salle du repas sans climatisation impossible de manger le soir dans ces conditions. Heureusement le personnel bienveillant a bien voulu nous servir à l’extérieur. La jeune fille à la réception le soir très agréable.
