The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and the area is safe. It is very close to the Capitol, transit and Victor Hugo market. This is a very walkable city. With the market so close I am not sure the breakfast is worth it given the price. I would stay there again if I were ever to return. Tons of restaurants nearby.
Loved this hotel, elegant spacious rooms, ready for us with an early check-in time. Friendly staff and a DELICIOUS breakfast. Thanks so much, sorry we couldn't stay longer.

La limpieza del baño que fue inexistente los dos primeros dias. Tuvimos que decirlo hasta en dos ocasiones para que lo limpiaran. El baño esta un poco antiguo.
Hôtel de taille raisonnable extrêmement bien placé en plein centre de la vieille ville. Personnel très attentionné. Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité à un prix qui reste décent (ce qui devient rare).
This hotel is well located and walkable to restaurants, the pharmacy, and the tram line. It's a lovely hotel and the service is excellent. I called them to request tea, sugar, and milk and they brought it up right away. Staff are warm, friendly, and always helpful.
The hotel offered the best breakfast buffet that I have ever seen. Gourmet teas and coffees, jams, and a full spread of meats and cheeses, breads, cakes, etc. etc. Everything was delicious. I couldn't imagine a better breakfast.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
Tip - if you have baggage, I suggest taking a taxi to/from the rail station. It's only 10 Euros and saves a lot of trouble.

Well located. Spacious room
Dejlig morgenmad, fint rummeligt værelse.
Relativt meget gadelarm, blev dog løst med lukkede døre og aircon (der var stille). Brugte glas og kopper blev ikke skiftet, og vi lagde håndklæder til skift, i stedet blev de blot hængt op igen.
