Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Chambre spacieuse dans un décor à l'ancienne et chaleureux.
Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute.
Bon rapport qualité prix que ce soit pour la chambre ou pour le petit déjeuner

Pros:

The air-conditioning was very powerful. It helps that there's a working lift.

Thanks to Amelie at the front desk, who was very cheerful, patient, and polite.

On the day I arrived, I had a headache from the heat, and she quickly offered me a super cold bottle of water. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I felt very grateful for her kindness. Thank you, Amelie, for making me feel so welcome!

Cons:

The soundproofing could be better. I can hear the wooden floors creaking when someone walks.

Pas de prise pour recharger son téléphone, juste le strict minimum pour dormir 1 nuit.
Pros:

L'accueil était rapide et simple, même avec une arrivée tardive.
Départ à 11h très apprécié !
Proche de la gare Matabiau, à 5min à pied !

Cons:

Pas de prise à disposition dans la chambre, à moins de déplacer des meubles ou se brancher sur la prise TV en hauteur... Heureusement que j'avais une batterie externe mais c'est inadmissible ! Eau du robinet chaude, impossible de servir un verre d'eau à boire. Établissement en travaux, et arrivée bruyante de clients à 1h du matin.
Je ne recommande pas vraiment.
