De tudo! Tamanho do quarto, cama, travesseiros, ar condicionado, chuveiro, café da manhã, localização! Difícil eu dar dez para um estabelecimento, mas esse mereceu!

Pros:

The staff are very friendly everyone. The location is just a few metres from the beach and from the city centre. They have a beautiful roof where you can have a smoke and eat and enjoy a quiet morning or evening.

Cons:

The noise because some of the guests do a lot of noises and the rooms are really close to each other which is normal , but sometimes I felt like someone will just enter my room.

Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, nicht weit vom Meer, privater Parkplatz. Kleines Hotel, zweckmäßige Zimmer, kurze Wege und nette Dekoration. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer 15 ohne Lift im ersten Stock ist etwas mühsam mit dem Gepäck

Safe and convenient
Pros:

Loved the staff, everyone was super kind and friendly! Felt like I was at home! This was one of those hotels where I felt super safe in travelling alone as a female! The area around is safe and nice too!

Es war ok…Wiederholung nur nach Renovierung oder wenn billiger.
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll!! Das Viertel ist schön und lebendig mit tollen Restaurants und Cafés.

Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr sehr freundlich und Kundenorientiert.

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war unterm Dach - die Dachschräge so tief gezogen, dass ich nur im halben Zimmer aufrecht stehen konnte. Die beiden Fenster waren klein und so weit oben, dass ich nicht hinaus sehen konnte. Beides war sehr unangenehm und für die Zimmerkategorie „superior“ unangemessen.
Das zweite Zimmer hatte normale Raumhöhe und ein normales Fenster - der Zimmerwechsel war auf Nachfrage problemlos möglich >> sehr freundliches Personal!!

Beide Zimmer waren in die Jahre gekommen - die Bodenbeläge (Kunstfaser ??) abgewetzt und etwas fleckig/dreckig, die Stühle fleckig, die Klimaanlage laut und im zweiten Zimmer tropfend, die Bäder hatten Stock-/Schimmelflecken…alles für sich genommen erträglich aber bei über 200€ die Nacht und angeblich superior Zimmer inakzeptabel.

Very good hotel for location and value
Pros:

Our room was small but was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is in a great location for exploring the Old Town area of Nice and close to the Promenade des Anglais. Breakfast was good and offered a limited selection of pastry, breads, yogurts, cold cuts, cheese and fruits. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
