la chambre était bruyante (tant intérieur de l'hôtel que bruits extérieurs) et le petit déjeuné était cher pour ce qu'il y avait à manger, du coup nous avons mangé ailleurs

Il manquait un ascenseur pour monter les étages. J’étais obligée de laisser mes valises à la réception ne pouvant les monter.
Les escalier à l’entrée de l’hôtel n’étaient pas pratique pour monter les valises non plus.

4 floors with no elevator, and no one helps you with the luggage.

There was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom — apparently, the shower drain is not equipped with a backflow valve. At the same time, it is impossible to ventilate the bathroom separately, as there are neither windows nor forced ventilation. As a result, after using the toilet, you have to air out the entire room — even briefly opening the bathroom door is enough for the smell to spread throughout the room.

The soundproofing is very poor — neighbors can be clearly heard. Some of the power outlets in the room were also not working.

Comme c'est un bâtiment ancien il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, heureusement nous étions au premier étage. Je n'ai pas aimé le petit-déjeuner, beaucoup trop basique. Je pense que l'hôtel devrait abandonner cette prestation. Comme on est près de la gare, il y a du bruit mais c'est logique.

My first encounter was when I got there. We were two women’s by ourself with 4 luggage’s and no help whatsoever. If somebody with disability go there they cannot manage since you have to go up some stairs and there’s no elevator or ramp. I booked that area because it was close to the train station since I was going to Paris. I asked if somebody could help us the next day to take the luggage since it was not far from the train station, and an Uber or taxi would not take us since it was to close. There was a younger guy later on the shift and we asked if he would help us or knew somebody that could help us and he said yes, but when we got up at 5 o’clock in the morning to leave, he didn’t even bother to help, he opened the door and carry down just one of the four luggage’s, my niece and I were looking at each other like amazed, even though that we told him that we would pay to get help, so really I would never recommend this place to anybody…. No empathy and rude….
