bien situé entre centre ville et hôpital desservi par le tram. grand calme, accueil agréable discret
Pros:

j'ai apprécié l'accueil discret mais très disponible aux questions ainsi que leur gentillesse ; le grand calme de cette belle maison ombragée par des températures caniculaires. J'ai pu me ressourcer grâce à la climatisation de la chambre agréable et son calme. Le petit déjeuner est assez réduit mais suffisant avec un croissant de bonne qualité, assez rare pour le souligner.
Très bon séjour malgré les circonstances personnelles. l'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter le centre ville à pied ou par le tram.

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est à deux pas du centre ville à pied, on peut se garer facilement à proximité dans les rues perpendiculaires (payant). Le personnel est très sympathique et avenant. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable pour le secteur.

Cons:

Forcément à 70eur la nuitée, on ne s’attend pas à une super chambre d’hôtel. On entend les allées et venues des clients. La chambre est très spartiate, mais les draps/ linge de toilette sont propres. Par contre certains recoins de la salle de bain et le sol laissaient à désirer. Le matelas passable. Donc chambre intéressante juste pour une nuit ou pour petit budget.

Bon prix pour un hotêl qui a l'essentiel, proche du centre et des tramways.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse. Une table, 2 chaises, un lit confortable. petite TV (pas important pour moi)
Linge de toilette propre.
Extérieur calme mais on peut entendre les autres occupants des chambres voisines s'ils ne sont pas discrets.
La personne à l'accueil est très aimable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être servi un peu plus tôt. 7h ou 7h30 au lieu de 8h.
