Alles was tip top in orde.
Uitgebaat door mensen met een hart voor het beroep.
Dat ik heb moeten vaststellen dat niet alle hotelgasten respect hebben voor het établissement.

- Bruit du lave linge en face de la chambre mais je comprends bien qu'il faille laver les draps et serviettes. Peut etre, fermer la porte de cette pièce ou remplacer la porte pour une insonorisée ?...
VERY convenient for the railway station. Literally a two minute walk.
The bed was relatively comfortable and there was adequate storage space for clothes and luggage.
It was clean and comfortable and the staff - when I eventually located someone were efficient and helpful.
The doors to the foyer from outside only worked intermittently. Twice I had to manually pry the doors open as they automatic slide function was not working.
The lights in the corridors only worked intermittently - I checked out at 6:15am and had to feel my way to the lift in the dark, for example. Not a single switch worked.
The bathroom was small, but clean and the shower was good, but the toilet (in room 200, at least) was ridiculously high. I am 1.83m tall and could only touch the floor with my tiptoes!
No plug in the sink and the tap was in a fixed position, so the water flow went straight down the plughole.
We were after close proximity to the train station because we were carrying bicycles and you could not have got anything closer. It was literally 100m away as claimed.
The place delivered what it claimed and the rating and reviews were pretty spot on. I got what I expected and paid for, so ultimately was happy.

c'est toujours pareil dans tous les hôtels... le meilleur reste toujours ceux qui travaillent car s'il travaillait mal la direction n'hésiterai pas à les virer... par contre la direction d'un a strictement rien à foutre de la qualité et du confort... la moquette c'est la même depuis plus de 10 ans. totalement pourri. des travaux à l'accueil pendant que les gens déjeune l'électricité qui se coupe. la vue j'en parle même pas une fenêtre qui donne sur une... déchet d'isolation abandonné...

Moquette très sale, beaucoup de traces noires.
Hygiène douteuse, pendant la nuit un cafard s’est introduit sous la porte de ma chambre.
Une latte de mon lit était cassée, ce qui n’a pas arrangé l’état abîmé de mon matelas et donc mon sommeil.
Équipements médiocres pour le prix proposé, le personnel est malgré tout aimable.

El desayuno excelente. A mi llegada encargué y creo que pagué dos desayunos más la tasa turística. No se me entregó ningún recibo, por lo que, al segundo día, no estaba previsto mi desayuno y me vi obligada a desayunar en la estación del tren. Desconozco el importe de la tasa turística, por lo que, al pagar 19€ creí haber pagado dos desayunos (8+8) más la tasa turística. No domino el francés, pero en recepción tampoco dominaban el español.
La habitación, en su interior, era correcta. Sin embargo, la ventana daba a un terrado en el que habían escombros, ropas y otros objetos. En la ventana existe una reja que permanece abierta, ya que unas fijaciones antiguas se hallan en desuso y deterioradas. El terrado parecía dar ventilación a otras habitaciones, por lo que, dado el deterioro de la reja, la habitación es perfectamente accesible. La verdad es que nadie me molestó.
La moqueta del suelo de la habitación y de todos los pasillos parece muy antigua y falta de limpieza, con muchas manchas.
Good sized room and large shower, plenty space to move around. Receptionist helped with paking meter location as it wasn't obvious. Close to the train station.
Street parking was paid and spaces very limited, three gos round the block to get a space. Not the hotels fault but worth considering if you have a lot of luggage. Neighbourhood a bit dingy, but close to centre so 5mins walk gwts you there.
