L’étroitesse de la salle de bain
I really appreciated the air conditioning in the recent heatwave! It was a spacious room in a quiet area of the hotel as I requested because I’m a light sleeper. The hotel is in the old town and not far from a supermarket. Highly recommended!
There was no elevator but it was only up one flight of stairs so it wasn't a big negative.

La chambre était agréable un bon lit, éclairage suffisant, un poste de télévision pour avoir des nouvelles. L'odeur de la chambre était bonne malgré la chaleur mais il y avait la climatisation . Le petit déjeuner du matin a été correct malgré une panne du four pour réchauffer les viennoiseries ce matin là,
La salle de bains le bouton de lavabo ne fonctionnait pas - La douche pas assez grande - et le summum le WC la cuvette était sale ainsi que le fond de plus sur le côté de l'abattant il y avait des traces bien visibles d'excrément , L'accueil avisé a fait le nécessaire pour le nettoyage mais la cuvette n'était pas parfaite la saleté ne datait pas d'une journée-
Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Great bike storage area and cupboard for storing luggage - we were early but able to leave things there. Our room was made available to us early too. Good location near the chateau, eating places and a supermarket. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Would definitely recommend.
Nice location in Amboise and nice breakfast. Close to the City center and easy to walk around and see the city.
They dont write anywhere parking is 10 Euro. but ist possible also to park in street with Easypark App. Guest before had sadly smoked in the room.

Staff took exception to having bicycles that needed to be locked to be insured when left in a public storage area. So had to leave them unlocked

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We arrived very early after cycling in extreme heat - they let us store our tandem in the very good bike area and said we could stay in the lounge with a drink until our room was ready. The room was spotless, comfortable and the air con was great. Good location. Couldn’t fault it and definitely recommend.
