The hotel is central to everything in Chinon, perfectly placed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was lovely, large, clean and very well decorated. It was so quiet and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was amazing!

Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux avec un très grand choix.
L'hôtel est idéalement placé en plein centre ville sur une placette ombragée avec de nombreux restaurant. De plus, il est à deux pas de l'ascenseur gratuit menant à la Forteresse Royale gratuite.
Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et sympathique.
J'ai beaucoup aimé la décoration des espaces communs et la terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la Forteresse est vraiment très chouette.
Le troisième étage sans ascenseur mais cela était à prévoir en choisissant la chambre la moins chère.

Excellent location in the center of Chinon, this hotel offers a perfect opportunity to explore the town and surrounding countryside, which is just amazing. The room was more than adequate, both in size and cleanliness, the only drawback being the rather small size of the bathroom and shower. They also offer private parking, which is very important given the location of the hotel.
Unfortunately, the restaurant next door, Nemrod, which is incredibly good, was not open the night we stayed, and we were disappointed with the meal we had at the other restaurant, Maja, which is also close to the hotel, But that's upon us for not checking opening times.
