Comfortable, excellent location and great value for money
Pros:

Incredibly central location, beautiful old building, staff very helpful. Easy and cheap parking a 100m away. Breakfast office was high quality with a amazing amount of choice.
We were just staying overnight but Chinon and its surrounding area is worthy of a longer stay

Hôtel idéal pour découvrir Chinon bien reposé.
Pros:

Superbe hôtel, très bien situé, en plein centre ville avec une très belle vue.
L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et les propriétaires (ainsi que leur apprentie) sont très accueillants. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Nous avons deux bébés et nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien.

Pros:

I was very surprised by the location - much better than we expected. There were 4 restaurants to pick from within 50 metres on a Monday. Excellent breakfast. The only thing to be aware of is lack of lift - which affected my wife as she had limited mobility, but we will definitely be back.

Our usual hotel had closed down. This was a pleasant replacement.
Pros:

Breakfast very good. Plenty of choice.

Very helpful young man carried our cases up to our room on third floor. Much appreciated.

Nice room with view of château. Hard work getting up there!!

Gute Lage des Hotels, Restaurants direkt gegenüber und die Burg ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt eine Fahrradgarage und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Makes for a lovely break in Chinon
Pros:

Great location. Clean and lovely hotel. Breakfast very good. Staff were friendly and very helpful in arranging a space in the garage. Definately the best hotel during our 3 week tour of France and Italy!
