Ein sehr schönes Hotel und guter ruhiger Lage. Tolles Frühstück. Lage bestens geeignet, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Das Zimmer war klein, das Bett viel zu schmal, max. 140 cm. Man sollte unbedingt ein besseres Zimmer buchen mit einem größeren Bett!

The location is wonderful right in the heart of the city and within an easy stroll of the main historical sites and shopping. The staff at the hotel are exceptional, friendly and willing to help
The light is a bit slow and aged
Great location and very friendly, helpful staff.
Spotlessly clean
Hotel car park is very low at 1.85m in places.
We drive a SUV with a roof box and had to remove it to get in to the car park.
Aircon unit in our room (104) was very noisy and we had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

I left some cookies overnight just to found out there were 40-50 ants over the cookies and table. Talk to the staff about it, one guy went to the room without telling us. His “investigation “ conclusion is because we left the food on the table and opened the window so the ants went in . There is nothing he can do, he didn’t feel sorry about it.
If you have the ant problems , either you control it or warn the customer about it. They didn’t control the ants and want to blame the customer. My wife only opened the window in the morning to get fresh air. the window was shut during the night.
I told him that I didn’t expect Best western will tolerate insects - and blame the customer for it. His answer is Best Western is just a corporation and doesn’t have anything to do with this.
Well , that said it. Either He doesn’t care or Best Western doesn’t care.
I did looked the previous customer complains, I saw some nasty feedbacks the hotel responded to the reviews.
I wished read those reviews before I booked the hotel.
Zentral. Ruhig. Klimaanlage. Gutes Frühstück. Lift. Nettes Personal. Gerne wieder.
Schmuddeliger Teppichboden im Zimmer. Unhygienisch.

Die Lage ist super, die ganze Stadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist super freundlich, nur das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt eine Renovierung. Aber es war alles sauber.
Ligging, heel vriendelijk onthaal, super lekker ontbijt? Parking bij het hotel!
