Excelente personal del Front Desk Team
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel, su personal. En especial Etienne del Front Desk Team, que tras el olvido de unas gafas en un restaurante de la ciudad, se ofreció a recupéralas, desplazándose para conseguirlas, y enviándolas a nuestro domicilio en España. La disposición y amabilidad de Etienne a colaborar y ayudarnos fue sobresaliente. Espero que la Dirección del Hotel y la Cadena Best Western sepan apreciar y valorar adecuadamente el capital humano como Etienne, ya que detrás de las marcas y las empresas están las personas, que son las que dan la imagen y la excelencia a una cadena hotelera.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um auf Entdeckungstour zu gehen.
Pros:

Charmantes Hotel mit schönem Außenbereich, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Gut Lage zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein hatte aber einen tollen Blick auf die Kathedrale. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet.

Séjour apprécié et personnel sympathique
Pros:

Bon emplacement, le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié, climatisation dans la chambre très appréciable en cette période de canicule.
Nous avons été surclassé pour fêter nos 16ans. Merci à l'équipe de l'hôtel !

Cons:

Nous avons pas mal entendu l'enfant présent dans la chambre a côté mais c'est le risque des bâtiments anciens.

Хотелът е в центъра, не е луксозен, но е добре поддържан и е удобен да се разходите пеша в града. Разполага с паркинг, който можете да ползвате срещу заплащане. Сутрин закуската се поднася в приятно озеленена външна градина. Тя е вкусна и разнообразна, като приятно съм изненадана от качеството на продуктите. Служителите са отзивчиви и сърдечни.

Cons:

Леглото беше по-твърдо според моите очаквания. Също лобито би могло да се освежи и осъвремени.

Wonderful Reception Staff
Pros:

Fabulous staff especially at reception. Friendly, helpful and efficient, such a good first impression. Good value for money, good location. Room has all the necessary things, aircon works fine, wifi is good.

Cons:

Breakfast is disappointment. Not the Best Western standard expected. Too few items especially hot breakfast only scrambled eggs and sausage. No omelette or fried eggs only cold boiled eggs as alternative. I would not call it a buffet at all.
Hotel needs some renovation especially carpets. But it is clean.

Pros:

I ended up in Tours in the heatwave and Best Western saved me from the heat. Stuff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is a bit pricey but is very good. When the AC in my room stopped working they immediately offered me another room which as a significant upgrade. Also I must say it is very quiet. Even during street music festival it was absolutely fine.

The perfect location for a visit to Tours.
Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Tours and was easy to drive to even though it's in the centre of the city. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We were upgraded to a better room because the air-conditioning in our first room couldn't cope with the record breaking 42 Deg C temperature.

Cons:

The car parking was maybe a little cramped, especially for me as the reversing camera on my car was broken.
