Lovely central boutique stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel on a pretty square near the river, with great decor, good sized rooms, nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent. Two minutes walk to historic center and all the restaurants. They have a parking garage at the back which is worth the money if you want a secure spot; the parking in the square will cost more and there are lots of people out and about late at night. Can be noisy at night but they provide ear plugs and actually the rooms are quite quiet despite the central location. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No complaints! Be aware that there is no lift and you have a few flights of stairs to reception and rooms.

Fantastic location. Great staff. Lovely rooms.

Cons:

Broken toilet seat in one room. No lift for heavy luggage. But these are very minor issues.

As expected a central location can be noisy into the night and we had to open the windows as it was hot and no aircon. Fortunately we stayed when the nightclub downstairs was closed!

A l'occasion, nous y retournerons.
Pros:

Super emplacement au centre, en face d'un parking payant, a deux pas de la Loire, des boutiques et des restaurants.A l'accueil personne très agréable et toujours prêt a rendre service.
Quant au petit déjeuner beaucoup de choix et tout est frais, bravo. . Avons passés un excellent moment....

Cons:

Peut-être 1 ascenseur, car l'accueil de l'hôtel est situé à l'étage ainsi que les chambres.(valises a porter)

The room was fantastic. The receptionist made my life a lot easier by changing my room to the lower floor to help with the bicycle. Great breakfast

Not very popular with my wife for booking this hotel. I even got charged €40 for off street parking.

No lift, carrying cases to a second floor location not very good for older people. Shower was mediocre and room very small.

Très bel hôtel à Tours bien situé
Pros:

La personne qui nous a reçu est très aimable. La chambre était propre, grande et la salle de bain fonctionnelle. L’emplacement est top.

Cons:

Les deux étages à monter pour aller à la réception et le manque d’ascenseur mais cela est vite oublié car le reste est parfait!

Pas mal pour une seule nuit etape sur la route des vacances.
Pros:

L'emplacement. C'est central et en meme temps proche d'un grand parking payant surveillé, donc pratique pour notre voyage.

Cons:

La chambre familiale etait propre mais on sentait une odeur de fumé de cigarette. Salle de bain tres petite. Pas d'ascenceur donc attention a la taille de vos bagages. Pour avoir un lit double et deux lits simples on aurait du payer un supplement.
