L’accueil, le petit-déjeuner, le lit confortable, le personnel posé, calme et réactif, ainsi que l’emplacement.

Nous avons été surclassés, car notre chambre initiale devait se trouver sous les toits, avec des marches supplémentaires à monter

Cet hôtel est vraiment charmant et le personnel très sympathique. Le gros point négatif c’est le bruit. Si votre chambre donne sur la place vous ne fermerez pas l’œil de la nuit car il y a une discothèque à 1 min et vous serez aux premières loges des allées et venues entre 3h et 6h du matin….. dommage vraiment 😕

Hôtel bien situé mais bruyant

L’emplacement dans le centre de Tours tout près de la vieille ville .

Cons:

L’établissement est bruyant . Il y a un night-club à proximité et de nombreuses personnes sortent fumer et discutent dans la rue . On entend également le bruit que fond les canalisations quand elles sont utilisées .
J’ai découvert trop tard que des bouchons d’oreille étaient proposés . J’aurai dû les mettre

Hôtel que je recommande fortement, attention ça reste un site urbain …
Pros:

Les choses appréciables sont les suivantes:
l’accueil agréable et la réactivité du personnel,
la localisation en centre ville avec une proximité de pouvoir garer son véhicule à moins d’une minute de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Les choses non appréciées lors de mon séjour sont les suivantes: l’évacuation défectueuse du toilette, les quelques cheveux qui traînent dans la chambre, le manque d’attention (exemple: nous n’avons pas eu de papier toilette renouvelé alors que la chambre est faite chaque matins), les nuisances sonores (dues à l’activité de la ville, évidement nous ne sommes pas à la campagne ou en pleine nature …).

Würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles zu Fuss erreichbar.

Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen…
Bad/WC nicht so toll:
- für warmes Wasser muss man ca 5 min das Wasser laufen lassen?!?!?!
- Dusche schimmlig
- WC Spühlung sehr komisch, saugt und pumpt sehr laut…
- Matratze sehr hart
- Beim Frühstück mussten wir immer nach Kaffee und/oder Milch-Nachschub fragen
- ab 7:00 Uhr sehr viel Lärm im und um das Hotel
