Pros:

Hotel is well laid out and a nice space with nice decor. In a good location. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioning was broken through our trip although we were supplied a fan. A bag of my toiletries went missing from my room, while the staff took the time to look for my items it did dampen the end of my experience.

Confortable para estancia corta en la ciudad.
Pros:

La situación del hotel respecto al centro de la ciudad es buena y bien conectada con tranvía y autobuses.

Cons:

Demasiados muebles en la habitación, con las camas tan grandes, el espacio resulta pequeño, sobran butacas del tamaño que hay.
Resulta poco cómodo un hotel sin restauración, desayuno por precio, muy justo.
Personal de recepción, muy bueno.

Super literie mais pas à la hauteur de nos attentes pour un 4 étoiles.
Pros:

L’accueil a l’arrivée était super et la literie exceptionnelle !!

Cons:

À nos yeux, cet établissement n’est pas 4 étoiles mais bien 3.
Le room service a été compliqué à obtenir pour le matin avec plusieurs appels à la réceptionniste et la dame du ménage a toqué à notre porte à 10h15 pour nous demander quand nous allions partir (le check out est à 11h)
Le prix est assez cher pour une chambre avec une bonne literie mais sans les petits + qui justifieraient le prix ( room service clair, ne pas être dérangé, après shampoing ou application Netflix…)
Le parking est également assez cher (25 euros par jour !)

Hotel muy cómodo para visitar Burdeos
Pros:

La atencion del personal d recepción es estupenda. Hablan español y son muy amables. La habitacioʻn y las camas muy cómodas. El aire acondicionado perfecto...estuvimos a 42 grados en la ciudad. La ubicación es buena pero hay q caminar 20 minutos para llegar al centro. Hotel muy recomendable!!!

A lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Great facilities and wonderful staff
Pros:

Brilliant location, hotel looked actually better than on the photos, the staff (all of them) were just brilliant and really cared for you to ensure you had a wonderful time at their hotel and in Bordeaux

Cons:

No ice in the fridge but then the barman gave us a bucket, so no issues there.
