Great staff but facilities a disappointment
Pros:

Staff were excellent, very helpful and kind. Location was good.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable. Tea and and coffee were only provided on arrival and never replenished. Despite having many foreign guests, only Italian TV stations were available. There were no international news channels available.

Pros:

Staff gentile, camere pulite e rinnovate, posizione eccezionale non in una zona caotica della città ma vicino a tutto! Vicino all'hotel ci sono delle trattorie molto buone ed accoglienti! Possibilità di programmare delle visite della città tramite lo staff, per chi non è mai stato a Roma é un'idea ben strutturata. É vicino alla fermata bus e poco più distante dalla metro.
P. S. I cuscini erano comodissimi!!

Non tornerò più di sicuro.
Pros:

Niente. Non guardate le fotografie su Booking, non corrispondono alle camere . Ho dovuto cambiarne una perché c’era una puzza di fogna e nonostante mi abbiano dato una nuova camera anche nell’altra si sentiva puzza di fogna che usciva dallo scarico. Struttura fatiscente per niente conforme alle fotografie mobili vecchi, muffa suole pareti. Non si può adibire un appartamento ad albergo.
Situato al secondo piano, che se alle valigie ti ammazzi di Lavoro e stai dentro un condominio

Hotel extraño en un segundo piso de un edificio pero habitaciones nuevas reformadas camas y añmohadas comodisimas, habitaciones muy limpias, personal muy amable, barrio muy seguro con cafeterías, mercado, tiendas muy cerca de villas y embajadas, ministerio de trabajo cerca, un poco alejado del centro pero si te gusta caminar ...20.minutos andando a Piazza Barberini junto a a barrios muy exclusivos Coppedé, Triestre y Parioli, muy cerca de Villa Torlonia y Villa Borguese

Chambre non rénovée à éviter
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable et ont été à l'écoute.
La localisation est bonne et très accessible.

Cons:

J'ai été logé au départ dans la chambre non rénovée. Cette chambre devrait etre fermée: pas de lumières dans la chambre, pas de voilage(vu direct sur des bureaux de la rue d'en face), pas du tout d'insonorisation (je pouvais entendre distinctement les gens à l'acceuil), pommeau de douche cassé, literie et fauteuil très très usés etc... Ils m'ont relogé dès que possible mais je n'ai pas dormi la première nuit. La 2nd chambre était nettement mieux.

So good and afordable!
Pros:

Very clean, location is perfect, easy acess to the centre amd also train station. Hotel was very helpful in every way, even late check-in.

Cons:

No bad review. Everything was great. Great location!
