Holer comfortable al centre / comfortable hotel in Lipari old town

La struttura ê centrale ed è molto carina e accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite e affacciano in un bel giardino curato. La colazione è buona e il personale gentile

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un grandissimo problema con l’acqua. Dopo il primo giorno un cui era tutto ok dal secondo giorno abbiamo quasi per caso notato che l’acqua che usciva dai rubinetti era gialla. Abbiamo chiesti chiarimenti alla reception ed abbiamo appreso che avevano problemi con la rete pubblica per cui avevano attivato una cisterna da cui però usciva acqua davvero di un colore improponibile. Nessun ospite era stato avvisato di questa problematica e soprattutto l’acqua della cisterna non era controllata ( se non al controllo annuale fatto chissà quanti mesi prima) per assenza di germi patogeni o inquinanti. Trattandosi di acqua stagnante da chissà quanto tempo era assolutamente necessario avvertire i clienti. Dopo nostre lamentele per una situazione che si protraeva da due giorni ci hanno messo in camera una cassa d’acqua minerale con cui fare la doccia e lavare i denti.

Great little hotel 2 minutes from the centre of town.
Pros:

It's quirky, interesting and a museum of sorts. The breakfast is great. Don't go expecting a 5 star soulless space...its a fun place, with great staff and a 2 minute walk from the centre of town. And its really good value.

L’endroit où descendre sur LIPARI
Pros:

Tout !
- l’hôtel se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds du débarquement du bateau et du centre. Toutefois, il est suffisamment à l’écart pour être au calme
- le petit-déjeuner à volonté en sucre, en salé, en fruits frais. Si vous êtes sensible au gluten, n’hésitez pas à l’indiquer : j’ai pu avoir du pain et savoir quelle charcuterie manger.
- la literie est confortable, la chambre dispose d’un réfrigérateur qui refroidi bien
- le jardin permet de se détendre le soir (prévoyez tout de même de l’anti-moustique)
- la climatisation de la chambre était silencieuse, le wifi puissant, il y a de la pression au niveau de l’eau

Cons:

C’est dommage que la terrasse donnait sur un terrain vague de l’hôtel

La posizione top permette di raggiungere il centro in meno di un minuto a piedi.
All'inizio avevamo un piccolo problemino di formiche in camera, prontamente risolto.
C'è comunque da tenere in considerazione che l'hotel è immerso nel verde con giardino adiacente.
Lo staff molto disponibile e cordiale!
La colazione varia e adatta a tutti i gusti, dal dolce al salato!
