Pros:

Piękny widok na kanał.
Pokój w stylu Weneckim z ładną łazienką i klimatyzacja.

Cons:

Pod samym hotelem jest przystanek promów, co jest niestety głośne.

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around Venice. The room was quite small, but cosy and comfortable enough for our stay.

Breakfast was fairly simple, with a limited selection, but overall it was good and perfectly fine to start the day.

The price felt quite high for a hotel of this standard. However, this is Venice, where accommodation is generally very expensive, so compared with other options in the city, the price was not particularly unusual.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Район очень тихий

Cons:

В номере нет воды, чайника, тапочек, гигиенических принадлежностей. Только мыло и шапочка для душа. Очень уставший отель, грязные стены, многое перевидали на своем веку. Неприятно было находиться в номере, все просто ужасно старое. Хорошо хоть, что белье было белым и чистым. Сейф не на половом замке, а на ключе, который надо было взять на ресепшене. Завтрак тоже на твердую 3 из 10. Пережили 2 ночи, благо не сидели в номере с утра до ночи, постоянно перемещались. Не рекомендую.

Truly remarkable stay
Pros:

Family room was very spacious, with a second bedroom upstairs, kind of like a loft which was great, very stylish. Breakfast was excellent, served in a very cozy terrace. The location of the hotel is great, right in front of a Vaporetto station "Tre Archi", from which you can travel to all the main attractions, but they are also within walking distance if you don't mind the maze like streets of Venice.
Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Pros:

Da localização, perto do centro, com paragem de vaporeto mesmo em frente e com possibilidade de barco para o aeroporto apenas a 5 minutos a pé. Roupa de cama e toalhas bem limpas. Pequeno almoço simples mas agradável.

Cons:

Pouca simpatia do staff. Hotel em obras, jardim exterior totalmente menosprezado. Quartos com portas velhas (a nossa não abria, tivemos que chamar ajuda). Móveis velhos (vintage mas completamente estragados). Paredes das zonas comuns sujas, esburacadas, corrimão partido, sem elevador e com interruptores partidos. O preço do quarto (apesar de ligeiramente inferior aos praticados) não compensa a falta de qualidade.

Hotel przyjemny ale zdecydowanie wymaga odświeżenia.
Pros:

Największym atutem jest lokalizacja i możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu.

Cons:

Obiekt jest dość stary i przydał by się remont.
