A tranquil haven in the midst of the busy Spanish Quarter.
Pros:

Hotel is in the heart of the busy Spanish quarter but is very quiet and the rooms are really well sound-proofed with good air conditioning. The location is great - close to many restaurants, the metro, the funicular and the port. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and the breakfasts are great. We would stay here again.

Wer Neapel und seine Umgebung innerhalb einer Woche besichtigen möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral im spanischen Viertel gelegen, so dass man gut alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Neapel und Umgebung besichtigen kann. Das Viertel ist sehr belebt und laut, insbesondere abends und in der Nacht. Das Hotelfenster ist aber sehr gut isoliert, so dass man bei geschlossenem Fenster so gut wie nichts von dem Lärm hört.

Cons:

Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Mehr kann man bei einem Drei-Sterne-Hotel nicht erwarten.

The 4th floor room with small courtyard was a relatively quiet getaway from the bustling Spanish Quarter. Perfect.

Pros:

Location, clean space, very italian ambiance. Loved it!

Cons:

The mattress was some sort of memory foam so it gave the feeling of sinking into it. Not my preference& it was OK for a night but I wouldn’t want to sleep there for a week or so. But that’s just a personal preference!

Mehor do que eu esperava!
Pros:

Localização excelente, silêncio, custo-benefício, café da manhã bom, bastantes cabides. Esperava algo mais simples e rústico e me surpreendi positivamente.

Cons:

Cama um pouco mais curta do que estou habituado mas, surpreendentemente, não prejudicou em nada o meu repouso ou meu sono.

Lovely hotel in historic neighborhood of Naples
Pros:

It is a lovely hotel in a very central area of Naples. From outside it is unassuming building but once you are inside you are surrounded by antique objects: furniture, lamps, historic objects. It is an old building (I wish I learned more about the history of the place), tall ceilings, huge French windows etc. Really nice. Not grand but nice, lovely. People who work there are very friendly, go out of the way to answer your question, call taxi etc., etc. Breakfast was good, cheeses and cold cuts all fresh. They kept breakfast room open so people can get coffee with baked goods at any time. Breakfast room was full of fun objects to look at. We had the best food near by in small restaurants that run by families. Simple dishes but so good. I am very pleased with my stay.

Cons:

Shower was a little warn.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Service und Frühstück in belebter Gegend
Pros:

Das Frühstück war grandios.
Der Service war äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
Sowohl von Seiten der Rezeption, als auch beim Frühstück.
Die Lage im spanischen Viertel war super geeignet, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.
Die Zimmer sind einem Kloster nachempfunden.
Die Ausstattung im Bad (Dusche) war besonders.

Location and Comfort, in a lovely quaint hotel
Pros:

This was a surprise last minute booking. Turned out to be a great experience. Super location in the Spanish Quarter, 24 hour desk staff who are friendly and helpful, very clean, comfortable beds and bedding and pillows, awesome bathroom, and a good breakfast with much to choose from. Will definitely stay here again and recommend if you love this dynamic part of town!
