Our two apartments are independent of the hotel: they are located in another district of the intramuros, the Carmes district, on Carreterie Street. Cons:

Ants in the hallway and coming in through under the door, quite a lot of them. My husband and I were both bitten by ants, and our bodies are still itchy.

une très bonne adresse pour visiter Avignon et dormir au calme
Pros:

nous avons apprécié le parking sécurisé, le charme du patio pour le petit déjeuner, et la localisation pour nous promener et visiter le centre historique

Cons:

le petit-déjeuner est un peu cher : il y a beaucoup de choix mais on n'a pas l'appétit de profiter de tout pour ce tarif !
les chambres ne sont pas très grandes

Pros:

The location was great and very convenient. I could easily walk into downtown Avignon, and it was a quick walk to the train station, Avignon Centre. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were all very helpful.

Cons:

While the staff are lovely, sometimes there wasn't always a person at the front desk, so you had to wait sometimes to check in/check out. Usually no more than 5-10 minutes. The key system they had was also different: when you leave to go out for the evening, you give your key back to the front desk, and then when you return you ask for it back (I haven't seen this anywhere else).
