Pas grand chose de négatif à dire hormis le hall un peu vieillot histoire de trouver quelque chose....

Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel zlokalizowany w samym centrum Heraklionu. Niedaleko przystanki autobusowe, sklepy, knajpy, dojście do morza. Świetna baza wypadowa. Miły personel, hotel bardzo czysty. Ładny, przytulny pokój z balkonem, wygodne łóżko. Dostępne środki czystości, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, lodówka. Pokój sprzątany na bieżąco, na życzenie gości. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Nie ma problemu z pozostawieniem bagażu w przypadku późniejszego lotu. Szczerze polecam to miejsce 😀

Cons:

Jedynym minusem była łazienka, która różniła się od tych na zdjęciach. Była mniejsza i po kąpieli był problemem z zalegającą wodą wokół prysznica. Poza tym wszystko bez zarzutu.

Nice location, but avoid expensive parkings nearby
Pros:

Great location, super close to the center of the town. Delicious breakfast. Reception works directly with local agencies for tours and car rentals, so they can organize all of that for you on the spot.

Cons:

Parking slots near hotel are always occupied. Nearby city parking is expensive as it can be.

Pros:

The location is great, right in the city centre and everything is accessible on foot.
The room was really nice and modern, freshly renovated and there was coffee offered in the rooms, which was a nice touch.

Cons:

It is a bit challenging to change the air-conditioning settings.
There was something in the bed sheets that created some skin problem for me. When I reported it to two different reception employees, they both denied it and one of them even asked to see my skin issue as proof. I did not expect any refund or discount, as these things happen. I would have been satisfied with a short apology and them promising to look into it.
However, the way they handled it was unprofessional for an industry that depends on reviews.
