Lovely property very well located with trendous staff.

Pity the lovely swimming pool is not heated. The generous balcony of our suite would have benefited from addition of lounging chairs.

Удобное местоположение, зеленая территория. В целом не плохой классический отель с отдельными недостатками.

Cons:

Как я понял ни заселиться даже на пол часа раньше, ни съехать чуть позже здесь невозможно. При заселении предоставили номер с видом который не соответствовал заказанному. Правда поменяли сразу (но лучше было наверное это не просить, номер с видом на развалины более уютный и с более свежим ремонтом). Завтрак хороший, но не выдающийся. Странное поведение персонала на завтраке - ровно в 11:00 начали выключать свет в зале, все были в шоке. Зачем тогда декларировать что завтрак до 11:00??? Проблемы с WI-FI - неудачная система с телевизорами, которые являются точками доступа интернета. Выключен телевизор и нет интернета. Питьевую воду в номере могли бы ставить каждый день, а не только в день заезда.

Great location, elegant surroundings and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location within easy walk to the old town and close to the beach. The communal spaces are elegant and the rooms modern.

Cons:

The staff were on the whole excellent. Unfortunately one female member of staff who we later discovered had been there the longest was somewhat abrupt when asked for water towards the end of breakfast, which was disappointing, given her seniority. The other issue which I did not like was that part of the pool and sunloungers were in shade. Meaning if you didn’t go down early you didn’t get any sun. Far from ideal, so we abandoned the hotel pool for the beach.

Pros:

Allein die Nähe zur historischen Altstadt kann gefallen.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, aber nicht gut. Die Zimmer zur belebten Straße hin sind sehr laut; die Klimaanlage ist für über Nacht Betrieb zu laut. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Habe mir das Hotel wesentlich schöner, mit mehr Charme vorgestellt.

Pros:

Almost everything was great. Comfy room, great breakfast, dinner and poolside food. Outstanding roof top bar and really friendly helpful and efficient staff. Hotel location is superb right between the old and new parts of Rhodes city.

Cons:

Insufficient sun loungers for size of hotel.

Personnel exceptionnel
Pros:

Une attention toute particulière au personnel qui fait un travail remarquable, c'est certainement ce qui différencie cet hôtel à d'autres, je voyage beaucoup, c'est très rare, de constater une telle cohésion et autant de professionlisme de tous.
Le personnel de chambre est exceptionnel, ils n'ont pourtant pas le meilleur rôle pour se distinguer et là encore, leur gentillesse fait la différence.
Bravo à tous, merci pour ce merveilleux séjour, ne changé rien et bonne continuation.

Il manque un étentage sur le bacon des chambres
