Cons:

Breakfast was barely warm every day even at restaurant opening times. 1 toaster available for the whole restaurant which took forever to toast

Très bon emplacement , personnel compétent et à l écoute, piscine et restaurant au top

Cons:

La chambre est trop petite pour 2 personnes surtout pour un moyen à long séjour
Les équipements ont nécessité des interventions du personnel tel que la télévision, la douche (plus d eau froide ), la climatisation était probablement opérée de manière centrale , la température était pas adaptée au mois de juillet..

The staff and the hotel have a very personal and human approach. I had a personal problem and they were extremely understanding and assisted immediately. I will always stay in this hotel during my visits to Rhodes.

Ho amato il tempo passato qui… Tutto era eccellente dalla pulizia, alla cordialità e l’ accoglienza dello staff, alla posizione in centro a Rodi, la colazione deliziosa con vista sullo splendido giardino, i servizi e la bellezza e l’ eleganza dell’ hotel. Ho cenato una sera in hotel sul rooftop ed è stata deliziosa. La mia camera era meravigliosa con ogni comfort e con vista su antiche rovine. Alla prossima vacanza a Rodi tornerò sicuramente al Rodos Park.

Pros:

Overall, I was happy with my stay. The hotel is a little dated and decorated in a classic, old-money style, which I personally really like. However, guests who prefer modern design may not be entirely satisfied. The food was good, the service was fine, and the location is excellent – very close to the city centre.

Cons:

One disappointing aspect, however, was the hotel’s lack of flexibility regarding a later check-out. We had a late flight and I asked if we could stay in the room a little longer, but the hotel was unwilling to accommodate my request. This was even more frustrating because I could see on Booking.com that a room was available for the following night and I could have booked it normally. Given the circumstances, I really expected a little more flexibility and a more guest-friendly approach, especially as we had also checked in quite late, having arrived at around 8 p.m.

The hotel has a charming old-school elegance that feels timeless, while remaining extremely comfortable.

The beautiful garden and swimming pool create a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after exploring Rhodes. Breakfast deserves a special mention—it is simply outstanding, with an excellent variety and high-quality products. I also loved the rooftop bar and restaurant, which offer a wonderful ambiance to end the day.

Everything was impeccably maintained, and I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. I would happily return and stay much longer next time.

Excellent séjour au cœur de la ville et personnel exceptionnel
Pros:

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, en plein centre-ville et à seulement quelques pas de la vieille ville. La chambre Double Premium Deluxe n’est pas très spacieuse, mais elle est confortable et parfaitement adaptée pour un court séjour. La salle d'eau est moderne, très bien équipée et très agréable
La piscine de l’hôtel est très agréable et le petit-déjeuner est de bonne qualité.
Pas de vue sur la mer, mais nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et le sourire de l’ensemble du personnel, qui ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable.

Cons:

Une machine à café dans les chambres serait très appréciable.

No thank you never again,

The hotel itself is also not what we expected. It is mostly occupied by elderly guests, not a great quality of guest,which made the atmosphere feel more like a hospital than a holiday hotel. It is quite far from the sea, and the swimming pool is very small.

I was very disappointed with our experience. Upon our arrival, the women at the reception was extremely unprofessional. We asked to extend our stay, and she kept us waiting for almost 30 minutes, to finally tell us that it was possible. Then, on our last day, the youngest girl receptionist informed us that we could not extend our stay anymore, without giving us any prior notice or clear explanation.

The only highlight of our stay was the restaurant. The service there was excellent, especially thanks to PoPi, who was always kind, welcoming, and professional. She made our dining experience truly enjoyable.
