The hotel has a certain charm and beauty and there work a few very nice staff like the lady at breakfast 40+ with brown

Beautiful outdoor pool with good atmosphere. Nice young man as a waiter.

Cons:

I had booked this property especially because of the spa facilities. One week before arriving I had emailed the hotel to question about booking time slots for spa and mani/pedicure. I had no response. I tried again through the form on the website. Again no response. Upon arriving at the hotel I asked about the appointment for mani/pedicure immediately and the lady at the counter told me they don’t have this service any longer. I was confused as it was on the website. She said I must have looked wrong. This was odd but okay: then what about the spa. Spa I had to ask in the spa the next day, sadly that was fully booked until the day after we would leave. So no spa either. I saw the folder in the room and there I read they do have mani and pedicure!! Very confused I go to the spa the next day to ask and they confirm they indeed offer that service but again won’t have any space for the coming days. This whole ordeal was just so odd to me. I had booked the hotel for the spa facilities and in the end couldn’t use any nor didn’t I get a reply on my emails and online contact form.

Staff the best part of the hotel, everyone so friendly. Anything you wanted they accomadated

Harika konum ve güleryüzlü personel
Pros:

Güler yüzlü ve profesyonel bir ekip. Otelin konumu harikaydı. Çalışanlar yardımsever. Otelin imkanları da yeterli idi. Taksi temini konusunda sürekli yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği oldukça tatmin edici. Odalar temiz günde bazen 2 kez oda servisi geliyordu.

Cons:

Odada iki ayrı yatak vardı çift olduğumuzu belitmemize rağmen. İlk odaya geldiğimizde odamızda su vardı fakat; diğer günler talep edilen sular ücrete tabi idi.

Pros:

Não tenho palavras, foi tudo perfeito, desde o atendimento dos funcionários, todos prestativos e cordiais à recepção de boas vindas com frutas. Proximidade com a cidade antiga, curta caminhada. Um pouco longe do Porto para quem quiser ir a pé. Café da manhã excepcional. Piscina grande e com sol a maior parte do tempo. O bar no 4 andar é muito agradável

Tesis konum olarak muhteşem bir yerde old town 2 dk mesafede elli beach 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde aslında hareket olan her yer maksimum 10 dk

Fabulous staff in a wonderful location with lovely facilities and very nice food.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and very obliging and the breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was located excellently and at night there was a lovely roof top bar.

Cons:

I have no complaints at all.

Pros:

Colazione molto ricca e varia di tipo continentale con pietanze locali. La posizione è poco fuori dalla Old Town.
L'autista del transfer è stato molto gentile e puntuale. Le parti comuni sono varie e offrono più spazi di attività. Bella la struttura in generale realizzata negli anni '70 ma con rinnovi parziali di aree e arredi.

Cons:

La SPA aveva orari troppo limitati e non è stata rinnovata recentemente, risente del passare del tempo e non è all'altezza di un albergo SLH.
