Perfect. We Loved this place!!!
Pros:

Cozy little hotel. Perfect location nota far from Dam square. Comfortable lobby with small tables and coffee machine 24/7 for free. Nice little balcony with tables for two to sit or smoke. Friendly staff. Room was clean, beds were pretty comfortable. Wifi ok. Breakfast menu wasn't very rich, but it was ok for the start of the day. The most we liked were two cats that owned the lobby 😁🐱🐈🐈‍⬛. There were few umbrellas in the lobby you can take if it's raining.

Cons:

Shower hose was almost broken but working. Little smell from drainage pipes, but ventilation was ok. Be cautious if you have cat allergies because they rule the lobby. There's very steep stairs to the lobby and to 3rd and 4th floors, so this could be problem after good party to come back home🤣🤣 But overall no big complains!!!

Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk

Cons:

Je moet mer een lange trap naar binnen maar het personeel droeg onze koffers naar boven dus als je niks aan je benen hebt prima ,te doen. Dit was op voorhand ook goed aangegeven en zag volgens mij ook een traplift.

Fijne locatie

Cons:

Zwervers voor de deur, geeft niet echt een veilig gevoel. Haren op de stoelen door de katten die er rondlopen. Rioollucht in de badkamer en een kapotte wastafel.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was heerlijk, voor ieder wat wils. Personeel vriendelijk en met huiskamer effect door de katten. Kamer was prima. Perfect gelegen zodat alles beloopbaar was in het centrum. Mooi pand met gezellige kleine balkonnetjes.

Cons:

Voor ons was het geen probleem, maar de trappen voelde na een dag winkelen eindeloos. Echt geen aanrader wanneer je slecht ter been bent.

Great location and cozy, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and helpful employees. Stairs are quite steep, but they were extremely helpful with luggage. Also very welcoming and helpful with recommendations for meals and transportation!

Great location in Amsterdam's center city.
Pros:

Great location in a lovely old building with a lot of character. The staff was very helpful and frien
dly. They handled our luggage, addressed concerns with our room location, provided dinner recommendations close by, and helped with transit and best way to get to the airport. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices, great coffee and a terrific balcony off the lobby to enjoy city views and the street below. And of course two beautiful cats in residence.

Cons:

Well....lots of stairs and no elevator. But staff was very helpful moving our luggage up and down.

I am still in shock about the state of the facilities.
Pros:

The location was ideal. The staff was superb. The facilities felt like a hostel. Is it a hostel? Carpet was dirty. The room felt like a jail cell because it was so small. There are no elevators, only steep steps.
