Pros:

It had everything we needed for our 2 day stay and for even a longer one. Location was really convenient 5 minute walk from the metro and all other public transport. Really friendly stuff. All the amenities of the room were working as expected and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

They did not let us bring our friend up to the room for 3h because the reservation was for 2 people. Their place their rules i guess.

Отель милый и небольшой,семейный.Вполне подходит доя пары ночей недалеко от центрального вокзала,пядом метро Лоретто.Чисто, тихо, уютно.Есть хороший матрас, телевизор, кондиционер,все для ванной комнаты.Хозяева очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные, дали нам воспользоваться своим холодильником,заказали нам такси, дали рекомендации. Я реаомендую этот бюджетный отель.

Cons:

Все хорошо, просто надеюсь, что со временем номера оборудуют холодильником и чайником, хотя внизу всегда вам предложат кофе и чай.

Pros:

В целом хорошо, расположение недалеко от вокзала, чисто, кровать удобная, необходимое есть, сотрудники контактные.

Cons:

Когда предоставили 4 пакетика шампуня, но негде нормально помыть голову - это удручает. Не каждые волосы удобно мыть стоя под душем. Помогла бы душевая лейка, но её нет, а единственная раковина - в комнате, мелкая и с низко расположенным неповоротным смесителем.
Стол в комнате оказался глубиной менее 35 см, на одну ночь сойдёт, но работать за таким трудно.

I was staying in a one-person room which was very nice, cozy, comfortable, and with acute little balcony. Anna, the owner of the place, is a very kind and helpful person. I’m happy I chose this hotel for my trip.

Понравилась чистота. Тихий район. Вежливый персонал.

Cons:

Ночью все время слышали громкий шум канализации. Невозможно уснуть. Каждый раз когда соседи используют унитаз, то громкий слив воды и как будто рядом с тобой проносятся с шумом нечистоты. Очень неприятная ситуация. Обе ночи не отдохнули из за этого шума и не могли толком уснуть.
Нет воды в номере. За цену свыше 110 евро за ночь можно было поставить 2 бутылки воды, которые обошлись бы в 1 евро.
Было прохладно в номере. Попросили одеяла. Дали одеяла из дешевой синтетики, которые не греют.
У нас было два бронирования. Мы срочно отменили второе бронирование и забронировали другую гостиницу по соседству, где таких проблем не было.

L'Hotel Malta è un piccolo hotel, carino e curato, situato in una posizione strategica a pochi passi da Piazzale Loreto e dalle linee M1/M2, perfetto per muoversi facilmente in città. Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono puliti e ordinati, l’atmosfera è tranquilla e accogliente. Un valore aggiunto è il bel giardino interno, un’oasi verde che offre un momento di pace in un vivace contesto urbano come Milano. Il personale è garbato, disponibile e attento.
