Okee, maar eigenlijk te warm met temperaturen boven de 20 graden

Locatie was top en personeel ook.

Cons:

Te warm. Bij boven de 20 graden is het kleine kamertje eigenlijk niet te doen en veel te warm. De zon staat er vol op vanaf 11 uur tot einde dag. Geen airconditioning.
De laatste volle dag kwamen ze blijkbaar zonder communicatie onze handdoeken vervangen(wat top is) en schoonmaken (wat ook top was) maar we hadden het graag geweten ivm belangrijke en kostbare spullen die in het zicht lagen.

Very disappointing stay. The room was tiny, stuffy, and smelled of sewage from the bathroom. Windows don't open, and there's only one non-oscillating fan.
The service was even worse.
At checkout, we were told to store our luggage in the basement (B1). The stairwell is extremely narrow, making it very difficult to carry heavy suitcases. As two female guests, we politely asked the front desk staff for help, but he just stood there coldly stating it "wasn't his job." Extremely rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend.

Stayed here with my daughter due to the central location. It's reasonable if you just want to sleep here. I found the room grubby and they clearly cut costs. The voiles were ripped to shreds and the radiator in the bathroom was rusted. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell. The young man on reception on our first day 24/05 was more interested in watching his phone than providing any help. Maybe some customer service training wouldn't go amiss. Older man was very pleasant. I wouldn't stay again

Pros:

Posizione centrale,vicinissima alla fermata della metro victoria e in generale a qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto.
Ottimo prezzo per una struttura in pieno centro.

Cons:

La pulizia lascia un pò a desiderare ma per quello che l’abbiamo usata va benissimo così.

The location of the hotel

Cons:

The hotel its self disgusting and the lift was not work room on the third floor.
The facilities was not good , and it was not clean windows,ledges net curtains .The light switches to turn off the lights was in the wrong place just above your head turned off when sat up in bed, very annoying.
I will not be staying here again.Also saying dining but no facilities or tea/ coffee in the rooms this needs to be a must.

The pleasant staff and the Manger at the Desk.
The clean and comfortable bed and room.
The bed was so comfortable.
Also it is only a ten minute walk to the Shops and Station.

Cons:

Même si l'hôtel est propre, l'entretien laissent à désirer. À l'arrivée : fuite dans la salle de bains, rideau en lambeaux et radiateur rouillé. On nous a changé de chambre sans difficulté mais, hormis la fuite, je fais les mêmes constats sur la seconde chambre : rideaux en lambeaux et radiateur rouillé.

Je le redis, ce n'est pas un problème de propreté mais d'entretien.

Being advised we had a early check-in via email 2 days before we flew in to London, only to be told when we got there that wasn't the case. Not happy after a 13 hr flight. Staff didn't even bother trying to rush though the room clean so we could check in. Hotel is not 3 star. 1 star at best. Photos are very old. I have stayed in better backpackers.
